Welcome to our 76 m2 duplex apartment. On the third floor of a building without elevator, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room and living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of mountain adventure.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals.
There is also a small bedroom and individual toilet.

Upstairs, you will discover an attic sleeping area, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere, as well as a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a WC.

The central location of residence 3 B will allow you to fully enjoy the village of Cauterets, with its many shops and attractions nearby.

Décevant

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble bien placé dans le centre ville. En revanche, plusieurs points sont à signaler : - les parties communes de l'immeuble sont délabrées; - l'appartement n'est pas très agréable à vivre : agencement des pièces, manque de rangements, mauvaise qualité des finitions, literie plus que moyenne, remontées d'odeurs d'égout, mauvaise insonorisation, chaleur sous les toits dès qu'il fait beau. le rapport qualité/prix ne nous a pas paru satisfaisant.
