Wonderful Oceanview Condo

It was a wonderful experience renting this condo. It's in a nice neighborhood with an Oxxo (equivalent to 7-11) next door. The condo has lots of character, nice oceanview from every room and just a few steps from the beach. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Would stay here again on next trip to PV.

Great property and location

Property was mostly well maintained, tastefully decorated, nice views, etc. Definitely would rent again. Only issues that we encountered were that the garbage disposal wasn't functional, sink tended to clog, oven controls were fairly incomprehensible and washer leaked onto the floor.

We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta when we visited in the summer of 1979. We purchased our first condominium shortly thereafter. Puerto Vallarta became a second home for us and our five kids. We came for weeks each summer and whenever possible throughout the year. Each visit brought us new friends and new involvements in the community. We volunteered at the Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza (Children's Shelter of Hope) regularly for years. After retirement, my husband and I lived here for months at a time. Our 12 grand kids love to visit as do our children. PV is near and dear to our family and we are so happy to be able to share a part of it with guests like you.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this beautiful Villa Banderas condo, we knew it was the place for us. The European feel, stunning views and ideal location within walking distance of the Romantic Zone (Old Town PV) and the beach in Conchas Chinas were just what we wanted. Villa Banderas is a small and private. It's a warm and friendly community with many owners living here year round. Pride of ownership is evident and there is great care taken to maintain a sense of communal tranquility for all who visit and live here.

What makes this property unique

The pool, the views, the walk to town, the ease of living in a single story well-maintained home. Everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen, to wi-fi, cable TV with Netflix, beautiful outdoor deck with views of the bay, and beach umbrella and chairs - all are there for your enjoyment. We have a manager who is available for questions and who will meet you when you arrive. This is a home created by and for a family and friends to enjoy. We know you will love it too.
