Completely remodeled 2/2 beachy cottage on 4th St in key colony beach with a short walk to the cabana club.

Indulge in a cup of coffee while sitting in our completely private back patio overlooking the canal. This home also has the afternoon shade.

The property consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 30 ft step down dock with fish cleaning station and sink, bait freezer, quick and easy access to the ocean, hi speed internet, cable tv, gas grill, split ac units, fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter top, beautiful backsplash and brand-new stainless-steel appliances, ice maker in fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar.

All furnishings are brand new!

The master has a king sized nuvaform 14” mattress, 6 drawer dresser, 2 night stands each with 3 drawers, closet space, 40” flat screen smart tv, and a master bathroom with a shower.

The second room has a queen-sized bed, 9 drawer dresser, 2 nights stands each with 3 drawers, closet space and a 40” flat screen smart tv. the guest bathroom has a shower.

There is a top-of-the-line queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

All linens and towels are provided.

55” flat screen smart tv in the living room, hair dryer and iron and ironing board are provided.

Membership to the cabana club is included.

NO SMOKING AND ABSOLUTELY NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGIES.

Key colony beach park amenities: horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis courts, children’s playground, walking and jogging course, golf course (9 hole par), and a basketball court.

Great place, funny rules regarding trash pickup.
Enjoyed the vila, well furnished, clean, well stocked and perfect for a boat and it’s central location. I needed to leave earlier than expected and left the trash out on Thursday rather than Saturday. Was fined $50 by the City of Key Colony. Moral of the story, don’t take the trash out early and let the manager know.

From the moment we arrived we had no access from the outside to the back bedroom due to an incorrect code on the lock. This necessitated leaving the door unlocked from the inside. However, our friends staying in the middle bedroom were inconvenienced because we had to go through their room to unlock the door each time. The listed realtor who was the contact didn’t seem to think this was a big deal. When we reached out for a solution each reply led nowhere. We suggested that the realtor contact the owner to get someone to reset the code. No luck on that request. The bedroom furniture was comfortable but in the living room area there was not appropriate or adequate seating for four adults. The house did not have table/chairs for the four of us to eat together or play games/cards. Outdoor area was comfortable when it wasn’t raining. When the liquid sunshine appeared it was a bit crowded inside. Not recommend for more than two adults.

Christmas break 2022
We stayed here between Christmas and the day after New Year's. When we arrived, an unusual cold spell had just come through so the first day or so was a bit chilly since the house had no heat. We are from Utah so it wasn't unbearable and just added to the experience. Great place, saw manatees in the water behind the house and had a great time!

KCB Fall Break Family Getaway
What a fantastic time our family had!! We loved the location of the home and access to the beautiful Cabana Club was wonderful for both adults and children! My favorite part was waking up in the mornings and enjoying coffee on the back patio looking out over the channel. Centrally located made this a great option for exploring both north and south along the Keys. Thank you!

Dishes in dishwasher left dirty upon arrival. Bed sheets in master bedroom dirty upon arrival. No trash bags to replace. Floor was dirty upon arrival. Trash in every room upon arrival.

The house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were perfect and the place was very clean. Perfect location. I felt very safe with leaving my boat and equipment out back. The pool was very enjoyable along with the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed this cute, well decorated house on the water. The space was perfect for our family of 6! Having access to the water right in our backyard was perfect—we kept our 24 foot boat docked all week. The parking was great for trailer and 2 cars. We did have some issues with the house during our stay, but the property manager was quick to respond and do everything they could do make it right. Overall, we enjoyed our week long stay and would stay here again in the future.

House was perfect. Great location - we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck watching the boats go by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Use of the cabana club was a nice addition. Katie was always quick to respond.

Cute house- amazing location!
When booking in the Keys I was looking for a water front property to kayak/paddle board/fish. I also wanted a pool. This house doesn’t have a pool but the membership to the Cabana Club actually makes it better. It’s a short walk to the pool and the pool has a small beach. Everything was way better than expected. Loved the Key Colony area and would definitely return.

Amazing house on the water.
Katie's house was impeccably clean and well laid out. We came down to some fishing and if you have your own boat / are doing a multi day rental this is a perfect spot. The house is on the east side of Key Colony so getting to thw Atlantis is a short 5 min ride out past bonefish tower and the backyard has a nice bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Overall I would not hesitate to rent here the next time down to Marathon area.

Wow!!!
This property was wonderful. Clean and easy process. Coffee every morning out on the patio watching the boats leave, fish jumping and pelicans made my vacation. Quite and beautiful community. Easy to gdt to anywhere on the keys. Would come back in a split second. Thank you for a great vacation.

Wonderful house in Key Colony
The house has everything you need! The linens and bedding are top notch, beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, it’s decorated so cute, they’ve thought of everything! The canal is so peaceful we sat out every morning & night! Walked to dinner and the cabana club every day, Key Colony is amazing!

Beautifully Remodeled and Decorated
We searched for a month before our trip for places to stay in or near Marathon and this house one was absolutely the nicest in Key Colony Beach for the price - which also was amazing! The view, furnishings, and amenities were top notch. All of the beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Each room has a large smart television. All of the ceiling fans and air conditioners are remote controlled. We loved that each room had it's own very quiet air conditioner! We've been to the Keys multiple times but have never stayed in Key Colony Beach. The community was so clean and safe, it even has it's own police department. The VRBO ad doesn't have pics of the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club which is included in the rental. The Cabana Club has a HUGE community pool, a bar, food, and the best part is it has a private beach! We LOVED the Cabana Club, check it out on Google. Publix (a grocery store), Dollar Tree, Walgreen's, and Beall's Outlet, along with other local businesses are only a few miles away. We had two instances where we had to contact the property management company and they were very quick to respond. The grill didn't properly work so they refunded us for the propane we had purchased before we knew the grill didn't work so A+ for customer service! We also had to contact them about the noise level of the construction next door and they responded to our concerns very quickly. Unfortunately, they were unaware of the construction so just ask them before you commit to renting. If there is anything they can do to make your stay better, I am confident they will.
