Large apartment in fabulous location

The apartment was in the most amazing location, just a few streets from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The property is really spacious, well equipped and clean. Communication with the Silvia host was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great Apartment in Great Location

Apartment was perfectly located near Piazza Navona, and central to all the key sites and landmarks. Very clean. Host was very friendly provided valuable advice. Highly recommend!

Quick trip into Rome

It was a nice property and I cannot say enough about the neighborhood. Just a perfect location. One of the toilets was broken but there were just two of us so it wasn’t too problematic.

Great Host and apt

We had a wonderful trip to Rome for Christmas. Lara was a wonderful host and excellent communicator. The apartment was everything we expected and fit our group perfectly.

Great location!

This VRBO is in a bustling part of Italy. That being said, plan for quite a bit of action outside accompanied by some noise. Close to many restaurants, historical sites, and popular attractions we would definitely recommend.

Great location

The location was amazing. We laughed every time we had to go 5 flights of stairs but we didnt mind. The showers were tempermental and one sink in the bathroom was clogged. The fridge was not very cold so our food spoiled.

Trip to Rome!

I am 22 and booked the VRBO for my mom, aunt, grandma, and I. It worked great for all of us and it was nice that there was an elevator for my grandma.

This was a nice place to stay for our two days in Rome. Location was central and easy to get to multiple locations. The apartment was nice and clean and the communication and check in was great. Would stay there again.

Great Location and Great Apartment

Location was the best. There is a taxi stand very close. The restaurants nearby were awesome. Communication was great. Loved the tiny patio and the ability to open brought in some wonderful weather. I would stay here again.

Location Location Location

Ideal location for easy access to countless places to eat. Quick walk to Trevi Fountain & Pantheon. Vatican was also an easy walk. So much to see & do. Accommodations were perfect for 4 of us. Air conditioning kept apartment comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. Silvia was most helpful prior to our arrival. She responded quickly to all of my inquiries. It was the perfect spot for us.

Great location!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and the location was perfect! The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were good and the washing machine was great. When you check in, get the air going and shut the doors and the rooms will be perfectly cool for when you go to bed. Other people said the door was tricky but the direction we were given were great. The only trick we found was to hold onto the handle when using the key to open the door. Great stay!

Centrally-located and walkable to major sites

The host, Silvia, was responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsAp. The apartment was in a great location. We walked to the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican and Colosseum. The restaurant below, Il Corallo, has great food and service. The coffee shop around the corner was a nice find, too. The keys were a bit challenging at first, but Silvia gave directions and we figured it out. Beds are comfortable and there is AC. As advertised. Location is the highlight. A little street noise at night in main bedroom, bring earplugs and good to go.

Photos not accurate

Photos showed furniture that wasn't there. Furniture was old looking and stains on couch cushions. Kitchen was not cleaned well and ants got into food if not in ziploc. No paper towel or additional kitchen towels. Bathrooms need cleaning or re-grouting - only received 1 set of towels for each guest for a 3 day stay...no additional toliet paper (we just had enough!( Place smelled every time we entered, noticed by all 4 of us. Internet down (which happens) but we had to wait 30 min to finally be let into apartment. Internet wasn't back up until our final day. No code box - have to have a huge set of keys to get into bldg and to apartment. All walls have been beat up and black scuff marks in hallway and all rooms. Needs to have a fresh paint job!!! The redeeming part of our stay was the location to main attractions and the restaurant right outside of bldg was great!

Great location and comfortable but interior needs attention

This large, spacious apartment with a nice kitchen is in a great neighborhood walking distance to everything. The host was very pleasant and helpful through what's app as is not on-site for check-in. The building and apartment are very secure and safe, though the keys are tricky but can be managed. Beds were comfortable and extra towels were provided without question. The cleanliness of the apartment is sub-par (note that sheets and linens were clean). It needs a good scrubbing, fresh paint and some furniture replaced. The in-between guest cleanings need to be more thorough. Otherwise, as mentioned, it's a great apartment.

Fantastic Property
