Stunning views

Positive. Excellent position for the beach, restaurants/bars/supermarket all a short walk away - max. 5 minutes. Views stunning across the bay. Clean and tidy. Negative No air conditioning- making sleeping uncomfortable. Two fans are supplied, but are pretty ineffective. Balcony furniture not as stated/pictured. It was of a poor quality and very uncomfortable. Some cosmetic issues require attention- broken bedroom mirror, erratic front door lock, corroded and loose toilet seat in the ensuite. To name a few. To maintain the rental level now demanded the property requires a more modern contemporary style, as seen in adjacent properties Overall - a nice stay.

Really nice apartment close to a beautiful beach

The apartment is in an excellent location, with a perfect beach just across the road, a supermarket close by and a short walk into the town. The road is not very busy or noisy. The apartment has everything you need. The pictures on the listing are perhaps a little out of date as the apartment we stayed in had separate enclosed showers rather than the over-bath type. Everything was clean and tidy. Only small negative is the water pressure is not very high for the showers but that did not cause us any problems. Overall a really nice stay and we would definitely visit again.

A lovely full week of cycling in Puerto Pollenca

Absolutely excellent location on the beach front and easy walking to all the bars and restaurants that Puerto Pollenca has to offer. The accommodation is great for a short stay. It is lovely to be able to breakfast out on the balcony and watch the world go by. Living area and kitchen ares are not massive but were perfectly acceptable for our purposes. Only 3 small gripes really. The oven, although I'm sure it is great, wasn't easy to figure out if you've not used one before with the induction hob (we weren't sure which pans would work) and the microwave/conventional oven all integrated into one. One of the bedrooms (not the bunk bedded room or the en-suite room) had no bedside table or light so we got around this by re-siting the bed so it was closer to a socket. There were a few bits and pieces left in the kitchen but it would have been nice to have had some milk and coffee or tea for a quick cuppa on arrival. Apart from that a very agreeable stay indeed thank you Francesca. Would definitely book again.

Great beachfront location

Nice clean spacious apartment with off street parking, The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The host was friendly, easy to get hold of and made the check in and check out process simple.

Einfach Traumhaft

Tolle Aussicht und gepflegte Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht. Geschirr, Kochutensilien und alle möglichen Geräte. Auch keine Billiggeräte, sondern Bosch und Miele. Einziges Manko: die Doppelbetten sind für unseren Geschmack sehr schmal. 1x 1,60 und das andere nur 1,20 Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder Gast sein.

Appartement agréable avec vues splendides sur la baie de Pollença

Appartement avec un emplacement de rêve dans la station balnéaire de Port de Pollença : vues du salon et du balcon sans vis-à-vis directement sur la plage de sable et la magnifique baie de Pollença. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour votre séjour, à seulement quelques mètres de la mer et à deux minutes à pied du port, des commerces et des restaurants. Vous pouvez facilement séjourner ici sans voiture mais une place de parking est à disposition - c'est très appréciable. L'appartement était très agréable à habiter, propre et en tous points conforme au descriptif sur le site Homelidays. Nous avons apprécié le panier d'accueil (oeufs, jambon, pain, confiture, beurre, eau, lait, café...) qui nous a bien dépannés le dimanche de notre arrivée. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été simple et efficace mais très chaleureux dès le début. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions et s'est montrée arrangeante vis-à-vis de notre heure d'arrivée et celle de départ. Toute la famille rêve déjà de retourner à l'appartement...

Fantastic location and gorgeous comfy apartment

A beautiful, bright apartment, right on the sea front, a short, pleasant walk to the town centre, and seconds from the beach. So relaxing and peaceful, with comfy beds and space for four of us. The kitchen is bright and well stocked with pots and coffee machines for the hob. Lovely friendly owner, who met us on arrival. Take beach towels and make the most of the sun loungers on the beach seconds from the apartment, after an early morning swim. A fan for the bedrooms would have been great (can also be hired locally from the many bike/cot etc hire shops). Thanks for a great stay, we hope to be back again next year.

Super-Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr netter Empfang

Sehr schön aufgeteilte und eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am schönen Strand, nur durch die Strandstraße getrennt, welche nur mit 30km/h befahren werden darf, getrennt und deshalb erstaunlich ruhig. Ein überdachter Stellplatz hinter dem Haus rundet es ab.

Perfect holiday stay

Perfect location with amazing view, the apartment was perfect with everything needed for the stay, would recommend a fan in the bedrooms but apart from that cannot fault it!

Everything very good. 2 small points - water not quite hot enough and it would help to have a couple of dishwasher tablets. For a short stay a large pack is not practical.

Nicht so toll

Mein Mann und ich waren vom 25. Dezember bis 01. Januar in der Wohnung. Als wir angekommen waren, war es sehr kalt (12 Grad). Es gab keine Klimaanlage und keine Heizung. Es gab zwei sehr kleine Radiatoren. Das reicht für solch eine Wohnung nicht. Die Schlafzimmer waren kalt, die Bäder auch. Wie kann man eine Ferienwohnung im Dezember so vermieten? Wir haben uns dann auf eigene Kosten Heizlüfter gekauft. Dann hat es halbwegs funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Aber: siehe oben. Ich weiß nicht, wie man es im Sommer dort aushalten kann ohne Klimaanlage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, die Küche ist überraschend reichhaltig ausgestattet; allerdings verfügt sie über keinerlei Heizung oder Klimaanlage, ist also bei kühlerem Wetter nur bedingt brauchbar. Sebastia ist sehr nett, versteht aber relativ schlecht Englisch, sodass Missverständnisse entstehen können.

Klasse Apartment in perfekter Lage

War alles absolut klasse, alles perfekt und sauber und man konnte vom Balkon fast ins Meer spuren. Zudem war der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und deshalb volle fünf Sterne ! PS: Port Pollenca ist ein kleines Städtchen mit viel Charme und biete zudem die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Touren...

Great location, good apartment but awful WiFi (if any) no UK tv as advised

The apartment is in a perfect location, with private parking which is a huge bonus. Kitchen is small but great appliances. Dreadful WiFi, we couldn’t connect to do anything as speed so slow, ended up having to buy extra mobile data - so if u need decent WiFi beware. There was only UK news tv channels which wasn’t great as we had already asked was there UK tv. Comfy beds in bedrooms but our clothes smelt musty in the wardrobes. Only 1 set of towels provided - need to have more esp at this time of year when not so hot to dry outside in a few hours! Lovely little welcome pack provided which is really nice touch and incredibly useful. In general a good apartment but didn’t meet our personal requirements.

Nice play to stay in front of the sea at Port de Pollenca

In front of the sea, easy to find with car park. The flat is big enough for a family, and the location in front of the sea is really good. Port de Pollenca is a nice city for family with kids, with playgrounds every where along the beach.

Fabulous location and facilities in the apartment

Location, location, location! A few steps from the beach and short stroll into the centre of Port de Pollenca. Apartment had everything we needed (inc wifi) and we enjoyed the welcoming tray of tea and cakes. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sebastia

Un apartamento fantástico

Nuestro anfitrión es muy servicial. Responde rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. El apartamento es fantástico, con una hermosa vista del mar. Limpia y muy bien equipada. Está muy céntrico. Cuando tenemos que volver a Mallorca vamos a alquilar el mismo apartamento, si está disponible. Un gran agradecimiento de nuestra parte que vivía allí entre el 23 y el 29 de abril. Muchas gracias.

Well equipped, very comfortable, accomodating owners

Great property that is really well situated. Fantastic views of the bay and the beach is just across the road. Excellent for a holiday this time of year before it gets too hot as there is no air conditioning or pool. Needs to add Wi-Fi as well {although readily available locally}. Had a fantastic holiday
