Comfy cottage near big park

Well equipped, comfortably furnished including good mattresses, A/C helpful during heatwave. Beautiful neighbourhood very close to Hendrick's great for great walking. Enjoyed the the birds and passing deer, as well as all the thoughtful and welcoming touches

Cute place tucked in a lovely neighborhood

We loved our stay at the Little Pink House. It was super clean and well cared for, provided little amenities like many towels, and had a super fun and cheery vibe. Parking and checkin were also great and super easy. The one bathroom is on the first floor, and the 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, with a beautiful wood floor staircase with a turn in between, A handrail and a nightlight helps make the nighttime descent to the bathroom easier!

Love Little Pink House

We were there for Hayward Track and Field and the location couldn't get any better! Very beautiful and comfortable home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful place to stay! Every room was super clean, and the home had everything we needed and more. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen, but it's stocked with everything you could think of to make any meal. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay in Eugene!

Perfect cozy place

This house is nestled in a suburban neighborhood of beautiful homes. The hosts were exceptional and answered our questions immediately. We found the house had everything we needed and were grateful for a washer and dryer. It was a wet weekend for our family racing on Dexter Lake. The location is minutes from convenient shops and U if O campus. When the weather is nice, the walk around the neighborhood is amazing.

Wonderful Campus Location

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed some close spots to eat and convenient to campus but out of the college feel. Our family of 4 (all adults) had enough room to move around and the property was well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful home, great host and neighborhood.

This beautiful home is in an awesome neighborhood within walking distance to the university. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to a beautiful park full of deer. The house has everything you need and has incredibly comfortable beds. The host has done an amazing job to make sure you have everything you need.

Sweet cottage

Perfect for a weekend stay. Very happy colorful decor and cozy bedrooms. There are quite a few steps if mobility is an issue but it was a great place for us to have as a home base in Eugene.

A lovely retreat!

The little pink house was a delightful place to stay! We were in town for a friends wedding and this was a great location! Centrally located, kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quiet location

The house is comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for a week stay and the owner was very responsive. There are quite a few stairs to navigate, so consider that if you have mobility issues.

My daughter and I were in town to visit the University of Oregon and the place was 100% perfect. Not only was it ideally located, had everyting we needed, the owner was easy to contact, it was easy to check in and was spotless. We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend staying here.

Home base while watching University golf tournament

We were generally away from the property from early morning to early evening. For the evening and night time, everything suited us well. Beds were comfortable and living space was cozy. Kitchen was well equipped. This small home is surrounded by other large homes, and therefore, views are confined. If we were in the space for more of our day, we would have found this to be a difficult limitation. Be prepared to navigate a full set of outdoor stairs with your luggage. Also, keep in mind that bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is on the main level. Excellent communication with the host.

Little Pink House is a Great Find

What was most important to us was the cleanliness and it far exceeded our expectations. The rental was fully equipped, especially with nice white towels. A comforting get away. . .

The unit was cozy and private but still close to things my friend and wanted to see and do. The access to Hendrick's Park was great. We walked by the U of O campus and neighborhood and enjoyed the quiet space of the unit while catching up on each other's lives.

Hidden Gem

We really enjoyed our stay a The Little Pink House. The house was immaculate and everything you need is there. Lara is wonderful and quick to respond, great host. The location close to restaurants, groceries and the university. Would highly recommend this little gem!

In 2005 I took a beautiful trip to Italy. I stayed in my first vacation rental in Rome and I loved everything about it! The next year we went to Greece and stayed in vacation rentals the entire trip~ again it was a wonderful experience. In 2008 after a trip to Germany I came home and decided to turn our newly built Little Pink House into a vacation rental by owner. Since June 6th 2008 I have been welcoming world travelers, U of O visiting professors and parents of University of Oregon students. Some guests come and go and some become friends for life...it's always been a joy!
Since opening the Little Pink House I have stayed in vacation rental properties in 30 countries and I have added five other vacation rental properties to my list of beautiful places in Oregon to visit.

Why they chose this property

Why our property? That is a great question given the inventory in Eugene. When I first opened my doors as a vacation rental we were the 5th property! Now there are hundreds. If you are looking for a clean little house in a beautiful location with a fantastic price tag and owners who love to travel and also love hosting then take a look at the Little Pink House! We love our return guests and hope to soon be 100% word of mouth!
