We have taken every measure to ensure that your townhome is comfortable. Each suite contains individual climate-controlled air conditioners, in-room safes, flat screen televisions with premium channels, fine Egyptian cotton sheets and bath towels, Small -fridges, as well as WiFi. Beach Towels and Beach Bag are supplied for you to use during your stay with us.

A little about myself, I branched out as as Entrepreneur at the age of 52 establishing a Bed & Breakfast and a Boutique Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Starting with a dream, making it a reality back in September of 2016. I have built my first success with a private 7 bedroom Villa which I purchased and turned it into a Bed & Breakfast called Palacio 199.
Palacio 199 was ranked #1 of 73 Bed & Breakfast in 2 short years on TripAdvisor. After Selling Palacio 199 in December 2018, Moving onto my next venture purchasing a 11 unit Building creating ZonaZ Boutique Hotel. My past expertise in building client relationships and sales/marketing strategies helped me optimize results and profitability.
