Only a 1/2 block to the beach and Promenade; close to middle of town. 5 bedroom,3 bath townhouse. Off street parking and private fenced in rear yard. The first level has two bedrooms and a bath. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, tv and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has Pyramid bed with a trundle bed and a ceiling fan. The second floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen and also has a bedroom and full bath. The bedroom has a queen bed, tv, ceiling fan and also features a covered private deck. The third level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, tv, ceiling fan and also has a private deck. Garage has been converted into a recreation room with a bar and flat screen tv.
