Welcome to Captain's Quarters, your ultimate vacation paradise! This beautifully designed cottage offers a perfect mix of comfort and character creating the ideal escape for couples, small families, or friends.

Inside, the open-concept living space welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and large windows that fill the home with warm, natural light. The kitchen features a rolling cart with a stainless steel top, providing a flexible and functional island for meal prep or casual dining. Step onto the screened-in front porch to savor tranquil river views and the refreshing breeze in a serene and private setting.

This cozy retreat accommodates up to four guests, with two queen beds—one in the main bedroom and another in the loft, accessed by a charming captain’s ladder. The loft adds a whimsical touch while providing a snug and restful space.

Outside, you’ll find a patio with seating for four and a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal while basking in the riverside ambiance. As the sun sets, wander down to the community firepit to roast marshmallows, swap stories, and connect with neighbors in the friendly Cottages at Heron’s Landing community.

Captain's Quarters is more than just a cottage—it’s a haven for relaxation, connection, and creating unforgettable memories by the river.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

Captain's Quarters has a one pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
