Unit offers private outdoor waterfront deck for coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. Walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrise in the sunrise city. Ground floor unit with 1 dedicated parking space, and guest spaces. Unit has queen bed in one bedroom, two twins in second bedroom along with lanai with daybed. A place in the sun

First and foremost our hostess was right on top of everything. The unit met all of our needs, we were close to the neighborhood pool. The unit was very neat, plentiful in dinnerware and cookware as well as plenty of space. Lovely outdoor area overlooking a small pond either turtles and fish galore! Appreciate the opportunity to rent this place

Nice stay

We have been using VRBO properties for over 20 years. We find it helpful and we also hope owners find it helpful when renters speak honestly about their experience. If I could give this property a 3.5 star rating, that would be most accurate. It’s in a great resort. It’s a great area of Fort Pierce. There’s a lot to do and great places to eat. The beaches are awesome. The property itself is functional but dated. The owners really need to update furniture. Although the overall cleanliness is OK, there’s a bit of grimness or grittiness that we found. We tried to clean and vacuum, but the vacuum is poor. Communication with the owner was good. Instructions came a bit late, but about 24 hours prior. Response to our vacuum concerns were addressed. I just get the sense this is a property that’s not a high priority for the owner. So candidly, we had a bit of disappointment. The main pool is under construction and appears to have been so for the last several years. Also a major disappointment. Opportunities to use the golf course or lawn bowling is challenging as there are many leagues that are going on and is always busy. Lastly, you have to be prepared for the no see um bugs. I got bit terribly, but most of my family did not suffer from the same issues. If you are susceptible, bring a lot of insect repellent. Again, not trying to be critical here, hopefully this information is helpful to the owner and future renters.

Great apt, best equiped we have encountered. Gated community not really geared for children.

All worked as planned; apt very comfortable and super equipped. Location made for easy travel to Miami, NASA, Disney World etc. Entire site and impecably managed. Issue with water leak was dealt with by owner rapidly. Immediate area lacks stores and shops in general. We were plagued by bitting Gnat to the extreme including at night. Beach has too much seaweed (10yards) for our taste and there were numerous "dangerous sea life" warnings - gelly fish and sharks - but did not see anything other than Manatee.

Roomy relaxation after fun in the sun

Unit is very spacious and allowed everyone to find a spot to settle in and rest when we needed breaks from the heat. The sun room was a favorite for one of our kids, and everyone enjoyed the proximity of the Bermuda pool. We never even bothered to try the larger pool by the beach. A small walk (certainly less than 10min) to the lovely beach - which also had an outdoor shower to rinse the sand for when you returned home. All in all a wonderful stay.

Coopers vacation 2022

We had a wonderful time and saved and a beautiful golf course community. The house was gracious and checked on us when they were storms in our area. We have everything we need it and then some. It was a great vacation, relaxing, close to the beach and close to just about any activity you can think of. Definitely will stay here again!! Thank you!

Wonderful property

Perfect 2 bedroom with all the amenities and the beach within walking distance. Great communications with the owner who reached out a few days before our trip to give instructions and provided maps. Very conveniently located to a lot of activities and great restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

Everything you need to unplug and recharge.

We had the opportunity to spend 4 wonderful weeks in Ocean Villas. The condo was perfect for myself and special needs daughter - who was made to feel welcome through-out the resort. Family joined us - 2 year old granddaughter, my son and his wife who also had a wonderful time. Time slows down on the island with more than enough to do, or not and just be. The condo was well equipped with comfortable beds and a killer view of one of the lakes filled with turtles and fish. A 1 minute walk to one of the five heated pools - we also used the main pool on the ocean, next to the Tiki Bar which has excellent food.

Wonderful Time

Ocean Village and the condo have everything you need for a beach vacation. There are tennis courts and pickle ball courts, and several pools. A golf course runs throughout the property. It is all very nice!

Very nice condo in a great resort

This is our third year at Ocean Village, which is a place we love, with the many pools and available activities. This condo was the nicest one we've stayed at in Ocean Village. Rebecca was very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Great condo & lots of amenities on site

I loved this 2BR/2BA unit. It overlooks a pond and there is a deck which was great to sit out on that is over the pond. It was very close to one of the pools on the property also. The owner was very helpful & easy to reach when I had a bit of trouble opening the lock box (that was on me, as it turned out, lol). Ocean Village has a par 3 golf course which winds its way through the community. There are also tennis courts & paddle ball cuorts. It has 4 pools available to everyone in the community - various sizes. There is a restaurant & a tiki bar on the property also. There are several dune cross-overs for access to the private beach. All in all a terrific place to vacation!
