This gorgeous, beachfront condo is ready to be your home away from home for your next getaway to the Sunshine State! Admire the unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico from your very own balcony that is equipped with an outdoor dining area–now dining can be al fresco and with a view! After lunch, you can wind down in the living area and watch a movie or head to one of the large swimming pools in the resort and take a dip. If the pools are too crowded, don't worry! The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are mere steps away, so grab your beach towel and sunscreen and enjoy them carelessly. After spending the day whether at the beach or at one of the shared pools, rest your body in the shared hot tub available. Take care of your physique at the well-equipped fitness room or by playing a game of hoops at the community basketball court.

This beach abode is part of the Tidewater Beach Resort, which is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the beach and ocean and all the fun Panama City Beach has to offer! Stroll along Front Beach Road and you'll find endless dining opportunities. Pier Park is less than one mile away and it's a great place to find unbeatable sales and great stores.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Tidewater Memorial Day weekend 2024

A beautiful weekend at PCB. For being crowded Tidewater was a pleasant experience. We never waited long for an elevator but everyone complained a little bit anyway The unit was first rate with a beautiful view.

Good location

We have stayed here a few times. I had a couple problems with the condo we stayed in this time such as no water pressure at times, food crumbs left around the stove area. But the major problem I had was having to leave my driver's license with a stranger just to be able to get a luggage cart, I think that is ridiculous.

Amazing condo with a super brilliant view

A very spacious 2bhk condo with out of the world views from the highest floor of tidewater. All the amenities were provided and the rooms were clean. The only improvement that I felt was to fix the siding door to balcony from the living room. It takes a lot of effort to open and close it.

It’s good but alright

The shower wasn’t the cleanest so we had to do that. Sadly there was no salt but they have enough appliance. No filter water but it’s out of my control. The floor was sticky and it was a lil painful going up and down the 30th floor. But it had an amazing view good beds and clean sheets. Maybe they could have mopped the sticky floor but it’s aight.

Beautiful Condo

This was a great spot for my stay. There was plenty of room and the beds are comfy. This is very important to me. The view is STUNNING! However, 4 stars because there were giant roaches on the balcony making sitting out there uncomfortable and some roaches inside as well.

Top Notch!

Without a doubt this has been the BEST unit #3005 since residing at Vacasa-Tidewater. This unit was cleaned very well, the AC worked great however the ceiling fan in Master Bedroom stopped working. Hats off to the owner of this property for a great up keep of the unit. My family and I shall return.

Awesome unit! But the elevator congestion is poor

Great unit. Beautiful view and accommodations. The only thing stopping a return trip being scheduled is the elevator congestion. Waiting 30-45 minutes for an elevator was a little excessive. Everything else was great!

Condo 3005

We loved the incredible view and amenities of this unit at Tidewater. Comfy, clean beds too. Vacasa cared about our stay and even called to see how we were doing before and after arrival. On the last day we noticed the dishwasher didn’t drain or work properly. There was also some dried up old blood drips on the backside of the bathroom door that we noticed upon arrival. Wasn’t a huge deal. The master shower had some mold around the bottom edges which was kind of gross but otherwise it was clean (just needs re-caulked or something). One other thing I wasn’t too happy about is when we had an issue with the bathtub not draining, I requested to be notified and/or present when a maintenance person was to come. No one called us to let us know when, and they had entered when we were out. That’s fine, except I prefer to put my valuables away if strangers will be around. I’ve had some bad experiences with other places in the past. Nothing was out of place and it went fine, but I would have preferred to be notified and/or present. Other than that, there was a couple elevators out of service which made the wait times longer but it was never an awful amount of time to wait. We are at the in house restaurant. Food was good but half of us didn’t get our food until the other half of us was done eating. Not sure what happened there. Almost everyone we met was really awesome there and staff was friendly. The pools were nice and the kids had fun in the arcade too. Pretty clean facility overall and plenty to do. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again despite the few small issues we had. This was our second time at Tidewater and our first time in this unit.

This place is exactly what it looks like in the picture, which I was pleased w. I happy I was warned about the elevators, it made it tolerable. Best stay, my kids and their friends love it. I was able to have time for myself, hubby and the kids. Will definitely rent w Vacasa again!

The room was fine.

The room was nice, they should take that carpet out, You can smell the dog. I was disapointed that vacasa moved me to a different hotel last minute with no compensation, or even a price adjustment for the cheaper hotel. Firat time ive ever booked with vacasa

Good experience in renting. Communication was great with Vacasa. Wasn’t really sure how to check out though. Ice maker did not work. We reported but no one every came to look at it. Also elevator situation terrible for 30th floor, especially when 2 elevators weren’t working. Condo very spacious and comfortable! Overall nice stay

AMAZING VIEW

With this being my first time ever on a beach it was nice... From looking off the balcony we got to see a sea ray and couple of dolphins. The biggest compaint me and my family along with other people that were at the condo facility was the elevators. They was times we had wait a couple of minutes and they was times had to wait 25-30 minutes.
