Located on the 15th floor, this corner vacation rental offers some of the best views around, whether you're gazing through the many windows from inside, or feeling the Gulf breezes on your face off your private, wraparound balcony. Your well-equipped, full kitchen is fit for the chefs in your group, while meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining area with seating for everyone. And after days out exploring Panama City Beach, everyone can gather together in the living room and watch a movie or catch up on a favorite show. This complex also offers sparkling Gulf-front pools and a fitness room whenever you need it.

With its central location, you'll have all of Panama City Beach's exciting attractions right at your fingertips! Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just seven miles away, but kids can also experience the fun and excitement of Gulf World Marine Park just a little over 10 miles from your front door. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and other attractions available at Pier Park, also located about 10 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room with a view

Everything about this condo was absolutely amazing! The kitchen is beautifully updated, the furniture and decor is tastefully done, and the view is to die for. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The only complaint I had was the floor could have been a bit cleaner and the rug in the living room was not vacuumed.

Amazing!! :))

Everything about this place was heavenly! From everything inside to the amazing views from the wraparound balcony! Everything was so breathtaking we didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this place! The only minor downside was it was very very humid inside this condo during our stay, so the dry furniture, linens, & clothes were damp the whole entire trip. So if this would bother you then I wouldn't stay here. But other than that this place receives five stars and I would stay here a hundred times over!!!!

Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful place. Everything we needed was in here down to the wine glasses. Everything was perfect. I’ve been coming here for years and this is my favorite place I’ve stayed. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.

Beach get away

View of the Beach and ocean were beautiful. Condo was perfect for our party of 5. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. Has toiletries to get you started. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was easy. Would highly recommend this facility.

Gorgeous Condo

Beautiful apartment and view

The apartment is beautiful, modern furniture and the view is astonishing. There is plenty of space for 6 people (or even more). We loved the pool and the hot tub. Elevators are very fast. The only downside of our stay was the parking lot. We bought an additional parking pass for a friend that was going to arrive later, but when he arrived at 2 am there were no available parking spots, which was very frustrating. As we bought the parking pass, we would expect to have that reserved for us and not having to look for a place to park in the middle of the night.

Great location

Very nice location on the beach, down from super crowded roads! Floors in unit were kinda dirty - not just from sand, but maybe inevitable. . Overall very pleased. Exactly as in pics and online walkthrough.

Amazing place

I loved this condo. I traveled with my parents who are in their 60’s and three teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space. The two boys shared the bunk room, my niece and I shared the queen room and my parents had the master. The balcony is huge!! The property itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. The elevators were fast. The staff was so friendly. They have shaved ice everyday at 1pm and they do a game with the kids to see if they can win a free one. I’ll definitely look for this place when I come back. The guys managing the chairs were super friendly as well.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was beautifully furnished and was clean! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Liked that the teens bedrooms were a little separated from the master. Our favorite part of the home was the balcony!! Plenty of time spent outside enjoying the spectacular view of the clear turquoise water, the cool Gulf breeze and the sound of the crashing waves!! Just returned home but I am so ready to go back! Didn’t think I would like the 15th floor but this balcony changed my mind! Elevators were decently prompt and maintenance crew really worked on keeping them clean which I’m sure is a huge challenge w the sand and water. Pools appeared well maintained and the guys working the beach rentals were kind and accommodating. It was nice having the chair rental included w our reservation!! There were also a couple of additional beach chairs in condo-so you really are good w just bringing beach towels, ice chest and maybe a couple of rafts or boards!

Would stay again!

Gorgeously decorated, great location (putting our name in at Schooners and waiting the 1.5 hours comfortably in the unit is GOLD), and the views are amazing. During the day, you can see the beach/ocean (from this height, you can see any marine life near the shore, and we saw several schools of manta-rays). After dark, you have city lights AND the moon as a backdrop. There was a very rare moon while we were there, and I literally had strangers ask to view from our corner unit hahaha. New friends! In all seriousness though, yes this is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Incredible Condo

Just an awesome place! Huge layout w/the beat views of the Gulf that I’ve ever seen. 4 adults & 3 kids stayed with plenty of room. We walked to dinner each night since it’s so close to everything and just loved it. We’ll definitely be back!!!
