Boasting sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is the perfect accommodation for your next getaway to Panama City Beach. This spacious condominium sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. Guests of Sunrise Beach will also enjoy plenty of amenities including an elevated, Gulf-front sundeck with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), relaxing spas, a children's water play area, exercise room, meeting room, and convenient covered parking.

Sunrise is in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of WonderWorks and Frank Brown Park, both just a little over two miles away. Enjoy the many local events and festivals throughout the year, venture over to Shell Island to see the undeveloped natural beauty, swim with dolphins at Water Planet, or simply sample local cuisine.

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed down to the details of extra beach chairs and a baby float! It included starter paper towels, toilet paper, and other necessities. Very comfortable for a family of 5!

Perfect Location
The unit has a great layout, & is in the perfect location. You are walking distance to some great restaurants & good times. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of space for ur clothes (no hangers tho) . The master bedroom is nice with balcony access & if you like a super super soft bed then you'll sleep great otherwise be prepared for some backaches.. If your like us , only eat out for dinner & do majority of your eating at the condo , you'll do dishes alot cause there is not many at all . Overall , besides a few quirks, we loved the unit & would book again. Now for the condo as a whole. They are VERY strict ,ive stayed at many different places here & have never experienced this. Kids couldn't even pass a ball or play with a beach ball in the pools. If their not standing guard at pool their watching cameras & as soon as someone passes a ball they are right out there to stop them. I understand rules & to make sure its safe but I do feel it's a lil on extreme side .

We enjoyed our stay very much. A couple comments on things that could make the condo more comfortable would be a coffee table and a smart tv in the living room. It was very uncomfortable sitting in the living room without table and had to go into the bedroom if wanted to watch Netflix. Location is very good and enjoyed pool and hot tub very much.

Great view
This was our second time to stay in 1208. It has a great view being at mid-level. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas when they weren’t busy. The unit itself was much nicer years ago when when it was under private ownership. Sadly, now it seems like the minimum is being done to maintain it. It wasn’t terrible. Just not what we expected after it was so well cared for before.

The logistics and checking in and checking out was fantastic. The place was filthy dirty, I have plenty of pictures that I took. For example there was broken glass on the balcony that nobody even swept up, and also there was huge black stains on the patio where people put out their cigarettes. There was so much sand in the condo, almost more than on the beach. The corners in the Condo were filthy dirty, almost like they’ve never been cleaned in like three months. The toilets already had black marks running and then when we got there. You should fire whoever you’re cleaning agent is because they’re taking all your money

Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Spacious unit. There were 4 of us staying in the property. There was lots of room to spread out. The condo is located within walking distance to Pier Park. Great location! We loved the balcony!!

Relaxing Home Away From Home
This was the first time renting a condo for a family vacation. The condo was very spacious and it provided everything that our family of four needed. My wife took full advantage of the fitness center, my kids made new friends at the pool, and we all enjoyed the easy access to the beach. There was ample parking and check-in was easy. We would rent this condo again. The only downside to the condominium building was the long wait times on the elevators every day at certain times. Between daily check-ins (4:00pm), check-outs (10:00am), and people heading out to the beach, we had to rely on the right timing each day to use the elevators and to avoid crowds of people taking up the entire elevator with their belongings.

DIRTY
My wife and I have been coming to Sunrise for years now and consider it our second home. This trip was far from what we have grown to love and expect. From the moment we walked into our condo it was extremely apparent that it was NOT cleaned. None of the counters were wiped, there was actually blood splatter on the laundry room wall, trash next to the bed in main room, not one toiletry, paper towel or soap, every wall in the condo itself was dirty, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, sheets in the guest bedroom weren’t washed. My wife spent our first evening just cleaning and washing everything for hours so we felt comfortable enough to stay. I would not recommend this condo or Vacasa as a whole since it is apparent that even during a nationwide pandemic they still weren’t able to provide a safe clean place for their guests. It was the worst experience I have ever had in Panama City Beach and I hope that if you’re reading this you will reconsider staying here and choose somewhere different.

Sunrise Vacation
Beautiful condo, and the view was amazing. We stayed over the 4th. To be expected, it was very busy, but we had a great time. The property is wonderful. Our kids loved the beach and the pools! Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation with family.
