This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious overlooking the beach

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with an amazing view over the beach and beyond in both directions. The balcony wraps around the apartment so the view out the front is lovely too. We had one slightly problem the day we arrived, the toilet flooded through the apartment and it was difficult dealing with Vacasa or the plumber (not sure which) about getting it fixed. Anyway, after that was sorted, all was well. Would definately stay there again

Wonderful Time

I had a blast. The unit was wonderful, clean, spacious. The only issue with the unit was the light in the refrigerator did not work and the garbage disposal did not work and seemed clogged.

Seychelles Beach Resort 2001

The resort is always good, can’t say anything negative. We’ve been going there for 10+ years. Unfortunately, this trip, unit 2001 was not up to the standards of the other units we’ve stayed in before. This unit needs a major freshening up. Disappointed to find only 2 chairs and a tray table on the deck for our party of 4. The decor is dated. The refrigerator kept kicking off the electric breaker. Will be guarded should we look to stay there again.

Views were breathtaking

The views with all the windows was breathtaking! We loved the wrap around balcony and roominess of this unit. It was great having two couches in the livingroom area. I’m already looking at dates to come back to this unit next year. Perfect unit for group of 8 people.

Perfect family vacay!

Wonderful location with lots of things to do very close. Parking was simple. Elevators were fast and we rarely waited for one. Unit 2001 was very clean and perfect for a large family. Can not beat the view!!!

Maintenance needs to repair the door. Door has pulled away from frame making it very difficult to shut. Everything was good. Also install auto correct on the review site. We will be back.

Awesome View from 20th floor

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and comfortable furnishings without all the fluff. Could use a little maintenance on fan lights and more lighting in eating area. Refrigerator is loud when compressor comes on. Affordable for this time of year. Enjoyed it very much!

Perfect location and view

The location and view of this condo is perfect. You can watch the sunrise over the bay, and sunset across the ocean. There was very little wait for elevators. Vacant was very quick to change oa couple of light bulbs. The unit furniture does need updated. Living room furniture very worn out and not comfortable. TV cabinets were too large and left very little room to walk, most gave handles missing. Living room ceiling light doesn't work, bedroom ceiling fan doesn't work. No where to put luggage, and no drawers to put clothes.

Excellent view from the deck

View was the best this Fl Native has ever seen. But, two low sad chairs and a worn out folding table was the only furniture on the huge deck. Been renting beach condos all my life and never seen such bad outdoor furniture. Especially considering the view! Bedroom and living room TVs need to be hung on the wall. The tv cabinets were huge. Took up most of the space in the master bedroom. Needed a cookie sheet in the kitchen. Toaster, had to hold the handle down for it to work. Ceiling fans, some worked, some didn’t, but they all looked new. Unable to change the speed on any of them. Overall though, nice unit. Colors a little dark for a beach condo. All minor things (other than outdoor furniture) and the view is amazing. Spacious and plenty of room. Would recommend if looking for a 3 bedroom with an amazing view!

It was fine

The location was fantastic being right on the beach and you can’t beat the views from the balcony there was plenty of space for everyone, and we got a set of chairs on the beach with the condo. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. The pillows not so much. We had a few things in the condo that weren’t a big deal, the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work, or the overhead light in the living room. There’s not a lot of room to move in the master because of the giant entertainment center, and there’s a fake plant held together with tape in there (which was kind of funny). The refrigerator in the kitchen had trouble staying cold enough, I believe it was adjusted up to not run while no one is there so we had to change the settings to get it cold. The kitchen had a random assortment of items, we made do the one morning we cooked. Overall it’s not anything that would keep me from going back, there were a few things that could use slight updating but we enjoyed our stay.

Seychelles Unit 2001

My husband and I come every summer (most of the time in June, and sometimes twice during the summer). We only live 2 1/2 hours away (Southwest Georgia), but PCB is definitely our happy place. About five years ago, we started staying at Seychelles. WE LOVE THESE CONDO UNITS. We’ve stayed in several different ones. This was our first time in Unit 2001. It was a great unit. It was large and very roomy for many people…even though it ended up being only myself and my husband (our 17 year old son and his two friends backed out on us at the last minute, but had they come…we would have had PLENTY of room). The only thing we disliked about this unit was the lack of balcony furniture. There were only two small chairs and a very old and small wooden fold out table. We LOVE to relax on the balcony and would love to see some furniture added make it a more relaxing place in the evening, late at night, and first thing in the morning. We also LOVE the beach guys who put out the chairs. They’re always so helpful and sweet! And, I can’t say all of this without mentioning Schooners…great food! We always eat there at least once or twice and usually do call in while out on the beach and pick up to eat in our condo. We’ll definitely be back…hopefully in April of 2022 for our spring break, and we’ll definitely be staying at Seychelles! Vacasa is the best route to go when booking a condo, too. Love the payment plans, love that we have everything in the condo waiting on us, and love that we don’t have to worry about going inside to fill out all kinds of paperwork. Thank you Vacasa for always helping make our vacay great and stress-free! And, thank you Seychelles for having such great condos!
