Pier Park awaits three-quarters of a mile east, offering 124 stores, excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (which hosts the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series). Catch the sunrise or sunset on the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), take in a wildlife show at Gulf World (one mile east), or cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east). The heart of Panama City Beach is just six miles east as well, where you'll find WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and a wealth of other family attractions.

Room switch

Couldn’t stay in the unit we originally booked due to construction but after that issue was taken care of everything else was great. We stayed at Tidewater and the lady who was working there for Vacasa was very kind and I could tell she was stressing about the unavailable room as much as I was. The pools are very nice and cleaner than most that I have seen. Anywhere we went, there was staff available to help with anything.

Great Experience with a Beautiful View! Everything you need All In One Place

It had a Beautiful View and Everything you need all in one place. Parking was Great, Food places is close by and your right on the beach, Elevator was awful sometimes an hour late and the lines to the elevator, but sometime block the hallway and you couldn’t get through the crowd without waiting but the room looked nice but the bed shirts had awful stains on them and there was hair left in the shower, the tv’s and wifi was good experience, the pools out door was extremely dirty, the staff was nice and helpful, the rooms was roomy and bed was comfortable but bring your own shirts and comforters but overall Great Place

Great space

The location was wonderfully close to the beach with a great view. The condo was nice. It was stocked with all of our basic needs. The beds could use an upgrade. Very uncomfortable and I don’t usually complain about beds.

Tidewater Beach Resort 811

This room was not like what was pictured. Missing furniture and TV's were small. Very outdated and dirty. We went to use some of the pans to cook with and they were awful. The stools at the counter had nails or pins coming out of the top! We did talk to management and they refunded a small portion of our money. We would not stay here again.

Great View, Nice accommodations, Lots of steps to walk

Pros: -The beautiful view. -The balcony -The easy access beach -The pools -Clean condo -Having 3 bathrooms Cons: -Waiting on elevators and having to give up and walk up all the steps to the 8th floor. Any higher than the 9th floor, I wouldn’t stay here. -Room 811 is directly across from the elevators and I could hear them. It sounded like metal scraping, whining, and whirring. It woke me up around 6:00 every morning as people started going down to the beach. -Getting charged extra money for parking and use of the pool. Two days before arrival I was notified that I would have to pay 32 extra dollars to get parking passes and pool bracelets. I would have thought for the high price of the condo that parking and use of the pool would be included. -Did I mention having to walk up so many stairs? It was very tiring. -There weren’t floor indicators above any elevators above the ground floor so we never knew when or if the elevators were getting close. There should be floor indicator lights above every elevator on every floor. It was not fun putting my ear to the elevator doors trying to hear if the elevators might be close.

Room was dirty nothing as pictures looked. Furniture had to be covered with sheets it was nasty. Get ready to walk steps because elevators were very slow n wait time was awful. For price I think there are better places

The condo is very spacious

We really enjoyed the condo. We had a great view and there was plenty of room. I would rent again. Not the condos fault but wished we could have enjoyed the balcony more but had to have someone smoking pot and blasting music above us that took away from the gorgeous view we had from this unit. The elevators are a huge down fall but we took the stairs when we didn’t have beach buggy to deal with and got our workout in for the day. The condo supplied all our needs though and the location is close to several things.

Horrible beds

My main disappointment was the mattresses were very hard and squeaked with every move. Also the property did not have enough elevators or swimming pools for the number of occupants.

Nice unit for the price

This is a large unit that was well stocked with all the necessities. Could use some updates on the furniture - particularly the mattresses and living room furniture. The light in the kitchen would randomly go off and the unit is right next to the elevator lobby, so if you are a light sleeper, that could be a problem. We would stay again though!

Beautiful accommodations!

Very nice place!

We had a great stay in this condo! The beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and great ocean view! The on site amenities like Starbucks, poolside bar and snow cone, ice cream, etc. we’re a lifesaver with small kids! The only negative was the wait at the elevator, which was only a few times. Overall, great experience!

Well kept

The inside of this unit is very well kept. The design is perfect for a large family or two smaller ones. The elevators are an issue, there are not enough!
