This 4th floor condo will enchant you from the moments you see the view of the Gulf from the living room. The view's even better on the private balcony! Guests have access to shared amenities such as multiple shared resort pools, beachfront tropical bar (open seasonally), fitness center, and outdoor shower.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Guests who brought clubs will appreciate being just under three miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and specific toddler area.

Things to Know
Pool passes are included in your reservation.
Pool construction in the East and West towers is occuring April through mid-May 2024. During this time, Calypso Tower 3 pool is available for guests staying in Towers 1 and 2.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great room/location!!

We loved being on the fourth floor. It was convenient to walk to the parking deck. The convenience to Pier Park is great and was a plus! The room has a great beach view.

Horrible experience with this company

My family stayed here for 5 nights. First, let me say there is a lot of information that was vague. Each time trying to contact the "property manager" by message, I never received a reply. I contacted the vacasa office during our stay due to the lack on cleanliness and maintenance and was told someone would contact me back shortly. I never received a call back! In both bathrooms the sinks and tubs would not drain properly. The first time I showered, I stood in water to my ankles. Disgusting! Thanks to my husband who is a certified contractor. He unclogged all the drains which took over 2 hours of our time. There was hair, rocks, dirt, shells, and I don't even know what else he got out of those drains. It was awful. There were absolutely no amenities in the room. We had to go out and buy trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, filters for the coffee maker, paper towels, and even toilet paper!! 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 laundry detergent just isn't going far for a 5 night stay. That was even more time out of our vacation stocking a place that should have been set up for their guests. Also, the ice maker didn't work on the fridge. The lounge chair on the balcony was broken. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. But there were two fitted sheets on our bed. While adjusting to what we had to work with, we noticed the bed had a huge yellow piss stain. Again, disgusting! The second day being there, the whole light fixture fell out the wall onto the bathroom sink. My husband offered to put it back up just for me because he does construction for a living. I told him NO!! We have done enough for this place and it isn't or job to come work on a property while on vacation. Luckily for them none of their stuff was damaged when the light fixture fell. However, my expensive makeup and perfumes we're scattered and shattered. What a mess we had! And on a side note, my children said the bunkbeds in the room were hard and wished they had more blankets. The only thing I can say positive... is the location was good and the view from the balcony was beautiful. But due to our experience, we will never book with Vacasa again. ✌️

Spring break 2021

We love love calypso towers and the Panama City beach area. We had a rough check in but the management made it right quickly. The condo was beautiful and staff very friendly! We would come back in a heart beat. Florida is our happy place ❤️

Locked out of unit overnight

After a long day of work and travel, my son and I arrived at the property at about 12:30am. The code that I had been provided for the door did not work. I spent well over an hour trying to reach anyone who could help me ... I even called the 24 hour emergency number and the woman who answered the phone told me that "they no longer service this property". We ended up being stranded overnight as we could not reach management until 9am the next day ... at which time they changed the code so that we could enter. Upon entry we found a broken dining chair, flickering lights, the balcony door open, and sub-par cleaning. I will not stay at this property again and I will avoid Vacasa rentals in the future.

E0407 - wonderful!

This was our second year in a row at Calypso., and another great experience. This was our first time in this particular condo and we were very happy. It’s beautifully decorated, and sufficiently stocked with all we needed. We received information ahead of time on cleaning reassurances due to Covid, which was good information to know. Upon arrival I did feel like the condo had been through a good cleaning and was ready for us. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to calypso again next year!

Our stay was awful from the beginning. On arrival the room was found dirty with dried contacts on the counter and a broken chair on the balcony. There were no pool passes or wrist bands left for our party. I made several attempts to contact Vacasa and sat for hours on the phone without being able to speak to anyone to resolve our issues. I had to obtain pool passes from another rental agency on site who were kind enough to help me. I have used Resort Quest for 13 + years to stay in Florida and Now that Vacasa has taken over I will be finding someone else to rent from. This was the worst trip ever for my family and I and I will make sure my friends and family know to avoid your agency.

Impossible to speak with someone

Pay attention to the bad reviews! This one may save you a terrible experience.

I usually don't complain or leave a bad review but I'd hate for others to have a bad experience like us. First of all the check in was confusing and we wasted an hour finding where to check in. The condo location was the only good thing I can day about the experience. Then we finally get where we need to be and are told parking fees are not included so we pay money and beach chairs or umbrella not included so more for those. Our friends that were staying there too had all those included in their rental. When we walked in it was disappointing. The floor had sand all over, it the walls were scuffed, the furniture all needed to be replaced because it looked worn out. I couldn't find a vacuum so I had to sweep the whole place first thing. The dresser in master bed room was cover in dust. The lamps had no light bulbs and only a dim over head light. I had to go buy a pack of light bulbs. No lamp in living room just another dim over head so I had to move a lamp from a bedroom into living room. The second night we wanted to cook fish from our deep sea fishing trip. Tried to use the grill but it was a disaster and unusable. Decided to fry them .The frying pan was disgusting. It had crust all over and was scratched up and looked unhealthy to cook in. Had to borrow a pan from a friend that was there. The spatula was melted on the end so that wasn't useable either. Then we sat down to eat and one of the dining room chairs broke and my son fell into the floor. It had been broken but someone tried to reattach the leg. Other issues we had were no shower curtain liners in shower. Just fabric curtains that had mildew or mold along the bottom . That caused the floor to get soaking wet during showers so they were dangerously slick. A few final issues were the head boards of bed were attached to the wall with an odd brace to keep them from touching the wall. This made a big gap between mattress and headboard so pillows sunk down during the night. The refrigerator didn't stay cold if you put much in it and the drawers were broken. The sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on. The TV sound was very low and surround sound didn't work. Honestly, it felt like we had been completely ripped off with this condo. They should be ashamed to take money from families for that place. It was especially discouraging because the condo my friend rented there was so nice, cleaner, bigger, included parking and beach chairs and umbrella, and was less expensive.
