Beach Bach Trip

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights for a bachelorette trip. We had 7 girls in this condo and there was plenty of room for us and all of our stuff. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. Loved the beach front view, the cleanliness of the condo, and the cute decor! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our room and the beach access and amenities were great. The only downside were the elevators. You wait a very long time most times throughout the day. Outside of that, everything was great!

Nice little condo on the beach!

The condo was clean and had an amazing view of the beach, listing agent communicated every detail for check in and items we may like to bring with. Only 2 things I could say something negative about is the extreme wait times for an elevator which has nothing to do with the unit itself and the lack of a dust pan and mop in the unit, we found the broom but no dust pan or way to clean the floors.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay with friends and/or family. The beach isn’t over crowded, the staff is nice and everything was as expected with the room. The only thing to be mindful on is it’s located on the other side of pier park so there isn’t much on that side of town. You would have to walk a good ways to pier park or drive to get the good restaurants and shopping. Other than that, no complaints.

Paradise perfection!

Amazing location, gorgeous view, perfect size for our family! Loves that it had three bathrooms! The indoor pool was out of order the first day and it was too cold to swim outside, but it was fixed by day 2! No complaints!

Don’t Stay!

Awful! The elevator is super slow like 20 minute wait if it’s working at all! Once we had to hike 14 flights of stairs because it was down completely. Tried getting a refund which still have yet to hear back. Outside is dingy! Staff is unfriendly! Don’t stay here!! Parking is horrible too! Don’t forget to check in to get parking pass and then ride the elevator again!!

The condo was great with exception of the wifi connection not working. Also, AT&T doesn’t work very good inside the condo (Verizon was a little better). Condo was super clean and there was a ton of stuff in the kitchen to use for cooking!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very cute and had a beautiful ocean front view from the 14th floor. Came equipped with all we needed including beach chairs and pots/pans for cooking. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room. Got instant response when reaching out to Vacasa staff. Elevator wait was a little long during times of check in/out but understandable with 30 stories. Pools were great, esp the indoor pool and movie theater on the rainy days. 10/10 overall!

Great condo with an awesome beach view

The condo is beautiful and just as pictured on the listing. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is there was sand on the sheets. When I laid down I immediately felt all the sand. The second reason is there was hair on our towels. We immediately had to wash.

Great Condo

The condo was super clean and comfortable. The complex was very nice and loved that security had a big presence. We ate at Waves each night, the food was great and not too expensive. The only thing I would say is that you must make sure the door closes all the way, when we arrived it was open and we had a couple of times where we thought it closed, but it didn't. A good push or pull will take care of it. Security had an Elevator Attendant in the elevators at peak times, this helped tremendously. We will definitely stay here again!

It was confuaing that we had to pay a $45 registration fee at check-in. Also, the elevator situation was unbelievable in the heat. We waited 30 min for an elevator. Taking the stairs up and down 14 flights was so difficult. The place was beautiful, but i believe the elevator situation needs major improvements.

Family Spring Break 2023

Our family of 7 stayed in this unit for 8 days and loved it! Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked for the meals we cooked, and there was a lot of space for both of the adults AND the 5 kids. The view was gorgeous, and we really enjoyed spending sunsets on the balcony when not on the beach. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars (if I could give 4.5 stars I would have) is because the unit is right across from the elevators, which was a little noiser than I thought it would be since two of the bedrooms faced that way. However, if not coming for spring break (or similar busy/crazy time of year), we probably wouldn't have even noticed. We would definitely return to this condo!

DO NOT STAY!!!

Will never stay here again. We checked in at 4:00 and went to our room. Was not able to get into our room until 4:36 because cleaning ladies were in there working. Had to stand outside the room in 100 degree heat (with an infant)while they finished. When we were able to get in, the floor was soaking wet where they had just mopped which could have caused injury to us as we’re unloading because of how slippery it was. There was an empty chip bag on one of the beds. The rug had not been vacuumed as there was visible dirt and hair on it. We had to vacuum ourselves. The coffee table had visible dirt, crumbs, and dust on it as well. The infants feet were black from walking around on the floor. We reached out to vacasa and tidewater to request a refund of the registration fee for compensation. We were denied because tidewater said we did not give them the chance to fix the problem nor sent them pictures (doesn’t change the fact we had to stand outside our unit for 36 minutes waiting to get in in 100 degree heat). Vacasa let me know this after I had to reach out to them asking for an update after submitting my statement twice. Terrible experience with both vacasa and tidewater. I will not use either again.

Almost everything was great.

The room was very clean. Pools were nice. Staff were friendly. We already expected slow elevators and they were. Only issues were the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work so we had to buy ice. The facility sells it for $5.50 per 7 lb. Bag. We got 2 bags for 5$ Across the road but it’s nearly melted by the time we wait for the elevator and finally get it back to the room. Blow dryer in the big bedroom is broken. Pillows are flat and hard so recommend bringing your own pillows. At night you can hear when others use water or flush. If you’re a light sleeper that’ll be a problem. But otherwise we are pleased with the facility.

Vacation Paradise

We just came home from a week staying at Tidewater Beach Resort unit 1411. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the turquoise water watching the sting rays swim by. The furniture was all new and decorated so beautifully. It was also so nice to have 2 master bedroom suites, so everyone had their own space. The bunk room even had its own bathroom, so even the kids had their own! We enjoyed our time so much, we will definitely be back, hopefully very soon!! We really have found our home away from home in paradise!!
