Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Vacation
We absolutely love being so close to the beach. This unit was nice, however we had a problem with the dishwasher the second time that we tried use it. Also, just a note about the toilet in the master bathroom.. sometime the water would continue to run unless we jiggled the handle to make it stop. Although the unit was clean, I believe the housekeeping could be a little better. It doesn’t have a clean smell when you enter. When I was cleaning the kitchen faucet, I got a lot of black stuff off of where the water comes out. Little things like that. That sometime go unnoticed need to be cleaned and sanitized. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend this unit. My comments are to make it even nicer for future guests and to let the owners know of things that might need to be addressed.

Great summer vacation spot
This condo was great for our family get away. We love PCB and the beach view is perfect. A perk for this condo is the 3rd floor location which helped tremendously when the elevators were in demand.

Below expectations
Reviews and pictures led to high expectations but I would not rent this unit again. It's not the worse but is lacking maintenance and upkeep. Drawers and closets off track, non functioning outlets, furniture is worn. Nothing extra, just the basics and bare minimums. It is obvious that profit is the goal for this property.

GREAT UNIT
The unit had a great view and was very clean. It had lots of room and plenty of closet space. I also loved it was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and towels and wash cloths. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Was given a hardtime at checking in.For no reason. Was paid way ahead of time.Shower door in master bathroom was falling off, sinks backed up. Elevators only a couple was working.people on grounds smoking pot. So I would say not young kid friendly.

Property was great; Beach access, lots of amenities on property - we used fitness center and picked up a drink at the bar. Used full kitchen to cook majority of our meals; Easily within walking distance to Pier Park shopping/dining area It was off season, so no high traffic to create elevator delays but could see how it would be a problem during high season.

Great stay!
We had yet another great stay at Tidewater. Our condo was clean, nicely decorated and we loved being down by a less crowded elevator. The only complaint I have, and this is NOTHING to do with Tidewater, Vacasa or the owners; the “upgraded” beach chairs were awful! Uncomfortable and hard to get up from. They were right on top of each other, with no space or table in between for your stuff and we really missed being able to sit on them at night after everyone was already in. Would much prefer the wooden chairs over the plastic. Also, felt bad for the workers, instead of just having to remove the cushions and the umbrellas, they had to move everything (which if that is why they were more expensive, I support). Seems long term, the wooden chairs would be a better investment.

Perfect place!!!
Room was very clean and well kept, Loved staying on the third floor. View was still great and only had to walk down one flight of stairs when the elevators get busy. Will defiantly book it again.

Cozy Getaway
Everything you need is in the room, has a great view of the gulf. The room is decorated very nicely so that you really feel relaxed. I would stay in this room again. The owners do a great job with their condo!

Nice condo
Condo was great spacious, however the master bed squeaks , the slightest move. Located in a convenient spot with pizza and Thai food as well as the beach at hand one downfall for us parents who like to sit in the hot tub and watch the kids in the pool the indoor pool was just a pool and the hot tubs in a complete separate area while convenient for those older vacationers the only option with kids was to go out side and at this time of year that was not ideal.

Awesome 305.
Beautiful, spacious, and clean with all kitchen amenities. Close to elevator, but not too close where visitors are standing right outside your door. Honestly, no complaints. Book it - you won’t be disappointed!!! Would stay again.
