This beautifully decorated beachfront condo mirrors the colors of the coast, offering gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. Tidewater Beach Resort is a gulf-front property that sits within walking distance of Pier Park, one of the most beloved spots in Panama City Beach with over 100 stores, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and countless other forms of entertainment. Never again

Within minutes of waking up there was a loud obnoxious pounding on the door. Before my husband could get to the door he started hearing the keypad being accessed. This means someone is trying to get in! He immediately went into defense mode and opened the door to confront whoever was on the other side. It was a very, very rude maintence guy demanding access. I called Vacasa, lady said there are NO open tickets for the room and if they come back to call the police. Thankfully they did not come back however the rest of the time there we were not as ease incase they did. Very unnerving to know that they are not aware of which units are occupied or not and just will override the door code to come in. The resort was fine for the most part. We will definitely not stay here again. My daughter was so scared she hit the floor in front of the couch to take cover as she didn't know what the ruckus was about outside.

Perfect Condo

Our trip was Oct 9-13, 2023. I have to admit, after I booked the condo I was a little nervous to learn it was on the 17th floor and that there was complaints about the elevators. Once we got to the condo, it was perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautiful and we had no problems at all with elevator waits. There is a single elevator just out the door to the right that we used often, but even the main elevator wasnt a long wait. In the emails from Vacasa it states their busy times are 9:30 to 10:30 and 3:30 to 4:30 I believe so we did try to avoid those times. Pool areas are nice and convenient. Location of the property is great. Close to Pier Park, walmart and lots of restaurants. Check in / check out was a breeze. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did reach out to us twice before check in to make sure things went smooth and sent periodic texts about checkout. Was able to checkout thru text and just drop off our bracelets on the way out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice enough

My daughter and I stayed here in Sept 2023. The place was nice enough. The view was beautiful, parking was easy, check in was a breeze and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Beach service provided is a nice touch- just be sure to get there extra early before they open to get a spot. No major complaints. Minor things that didn’t ruin our trip: The shower curtains don’t look clean, the coffee pot doesn’t brew coffee very hot, the front door is dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. There are no beach items provided, such as boogie boards, extra chairs etc like many other places provide. Every time we went out to the balcony, with the exception of very early morning, the smell of other smoking was overwhelming. We chose not to spend much time on the balcony for that reason - and no fault of the owners on that. Overall our trip to PCB was amazing, as always. We love the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Next time we come back, we’ll stay somewhere else.

Recommend with only one con.

This rental had everything we wanted. Food, pool, hot tubs, easy beach access, great ocean view and even a movie theater. The ONLY con is the elevator system. With 30 floors it takes awhile. Get ready to wait and jump on any chance you get.

Room With a (fantastic) View

The view outstanding. The condo clean and well stocked. Outside hot tubs were nice - would only be better if one of the outside pools was heated. Only drawback to the property was the lines in the parking garage were in need of repainting (hard to see to park within lines you can't see). And while not the property's fault, it is NOT pedestrian friendly due to the construction.

Nice place but just a few issues

We had a few issues. AC went out one day and then a leak in ceiling that wasn’t addressed until next day when unit below started leaking. Elevators super slow !

Great location and beautiful view

Everyone that worked the property were helpful and polite. the view is incredible. Lots to do for adults and children. This specific unit has a very comfortable bed in the master and the bunk room has a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. It also has a door and private bathroom. The owners keep this place in great shape.

Love it here

This was our first time to PCB and we could not have asked for better. The condo has the absolute best views for sunset pictures and dolphin viewing. The beach was never too crowded and definitely excellent seashell findings. The beds were comfortable and rooms had all necessities needed for a comfortable week’s stay.

Amazing Location and Stay

Our stay was amazing! The location of the property was perfect. A huge plus was the parking deck with connecting walkway bridge. Check in was super easy. The only thing that can be said negatively is the wait on the elevator was a little rough but mainly on check in and check out times. That is to be expected anywhere in the peak vacation season. Other than that everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortably fit my family of 5. The view from the balcony was a beautiful unobstructed beach view. This has become our new yearly go to condo location.

Perfection!

We loved our stay! A beautiful view, beautiful decor, just enough room for us all! We enjoyed the 2 outdoor pool options, large balcony, and our beach chairs + umbrella that came along with our room! We look forward to staying here again.
