Bright and upbeat, this newly renovated Gulf Place condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation to beautiful Santa Rosa Beach! Boasting brand new floors, countertops, beachy decor, and paint, this retreat will give you the perfect mix of comfort and style! This adorable little villa features an intelligently furnished open-concept living area that allows for plenty of familiar comforts while remaining space-efficient. Use the fully-equipped kitchen to serve up a spread of breakfast burritos at the breakfast bar then grab your beach towels because you've got a full day of sun and sand ahead of you. Speaking of sand, thank goodness there's an outdoor shower to rinse off under when you're back!

When is the last time you did some deep-sea fishing? Maybe it's time to book a trip with Dead Fish Charters, just five miles away. Before you know it, you'll have Cobia, Red Snapper, and King Mackerel practically jumping into the boat. If you want a little inland nature, be sure to stop by Grayton Beach State Park to take a kayak or canoe out on a coastal dune lake. You can also find trails for biking or hiking, go horseback riding, find great fishing, or put on all day picnics.

Things to Know
Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Fall Break

My kids had a blast! It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s a lot of things to explore and do. Close by to shopping and eating. 3 nights was not enough time for everything… We will definitely be back again!

I liked how close the property was to the beach, and that the condo had beach chairs for us. The pool choices were also nice. The temperature was comfortable as well. The back door was not very secure however, and the tv in the bedroom would not hook up to internet, so we didn't have service in the bedroom.

Nice LVP flooring. Well equipped condo. Also note that there are some structural issues with the building, so the stairs and balconies are supported by temporary steel columns. This didn’t affect our stay at all, and frankly, this shows the building has been examined by engineers and these additions were needed, therefore making it safer than buildings that haven’t been assessed.

The property is under construction. That was never stated in the description. The interior was in good condition. The internet didn’t work for the first two days. The drier takes 4 cycles to get clothes dry. None of that really affected our stay. Still had a great time. Santa Rosa is a great place to vacation with the beach access and fantastic food.

Excellent place to stay - short walk to a private beach

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The condo was excellent it was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. Updated shower and decorations. The WiFi wasn’t really strong enough to consistently work in bedrooms but that wasn’t a concern to us as we spent most of the time at the beach. My only complaint is that while the management company provide you with a welcome basket of dish soap trash bags and a couple of pods for the dishwasher their was no coffee provided for the keurig not even a pod or two. Not a big deal though bc there is a great coffee shop just a couple hundred feet away. All in all a great stay

The vacation was amazing, loved the condo and customer service. The only reason it's not a 10 is because our car was broken into and we had many personal items stolen. There had been FOUR break-ins in the days before in the same parking lot. I feel strongly that we should have been warned and notified via phone or email by the property managers.

Broken Dryer no help from Property Manager

We were never told of a known broken dryer in our rental. When it was communicated to the property manager she kept giving mixed information and timing on a fix. Finally she stopped communicating completely and hung up to where we were forced to walk(we are both seniors) to the head of the rental complex to actually get service and help. The dryer was never fixed and we were forced to go to a laundry mat on our vacation that we paid a significant amount for. This is completely unacceptable needs to be addressed.

Vacasa management sucks

Property wasnt as kept up as it looks in the pictures. There were fire ants inside, and when I tried to communicate with Vacasa corporate, they did nothing. They told me they contacted the local vacasa office... but when I called the local office, they said they hadnt received any communication. The local office was a bit better, and the maintenance man who came to spray was incredibly nice. There are mentions of them providing beach accessories - they were pretty dirty and not kept up. They also did not provide beach towels - most places in 30a that are managed by other companies do provide those. Also, not a huge deal but they didnt even have a reusable coffee filter for the coffee pot (that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ages). That is a simple thing that all vacation rentals should have. I would not suggest rentals from Vacasa corporate.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location. We've stayed at different points of the 30A, but this is my favorite location. The private beach access is just across the street and we have restaurants and shops within walking distance. The USPS and major supermarket is also a short drive away, which was very convenient for us. The fact that the condo was very clean and we were provided with beach chairs and umbrella was definitely a plus.

Great condo ‘and location!

Great condo. Well equipped and remodeled. The only issue is the sofa is very worn out. You can sit on it and feel the springs. We didn’t need it for sleeping, but if you did, it would be VERY uncomfortable. It needs to be to be replaced. Vacasa was excellent to work with!

Nice condo.

Love the pools at Gulf Place. The condo was nice. Short on hand towels and wash cloths. Only 4 wash cloths for 2 adults for 3 nights, plus after swim showers. Needs a smoke detector. Also, I was not aware that Vacasa maintenance would come into the condo whether you were inside or not using the door code. Could have been scheduled 10 to 4 between checkout and checkin.
