Not very good.

The interior was a pretty nice condo, but the floors were disgusting. If you walked around without shoes your feet turned black. While we were there they cut off our water for two straight days, not a very good stay.

Great Location, Nice Condo

Condo was in a great location and well stocked. Plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The building and pools were great. The condo could use a good deep clean, though. Be sure to clean any dishes prior to use and bring a pair of slippers/sandals to wear around the room as the floors are very very (very) dirty.

Beautiful views, condo, amazing communication

Tom was such a great host, very responsive and helpful. He gave us several great recommendation on restaurants and fun stuff to do in the area. Check in process was easy and they were very accommodating. The condo itself was extremely spacious, had enough room for each person, as well as very comfortable beds! The views from the Val plot were amazing, and the beach was extremely accessible and well kept. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to PCB and I highly recommend!

Needs an update

Sunrise Beach is not handicap accessible. No place to park a side entry handicap van. No door openers for someone in a wheelchair. Furniture in condo is in need of updating, its nappy and stained. The king bed was worn down. No handicap access to the beach. Needless to say we left early and will be returning to Calypso Towers. One pool was heated that was nice. Got two parking warnings even though I paid the $ 20.00 and received confirmation email. We are age 70 and 52, seasoned vacationers

The property was pretty clean other than some little things. great location for activities.

It was easy to rent. check in/out could have been explained better. it was clean overall other than finding someone else’s clothes behind the tv stand. the beds were comfy and like pictured but there was very thin blankets (which we were informed before hand). the condo was nice and roomy but stayed hot. the AC didn’t work well.

The room needs major update furniture ok’d and dirty, fold out couch mattress springs poking through! Room had to be recleaned when first got there! Bring cooking pans , and blankets or comforters. Elevators very slow four for 22 floors! Beach and pool on different floors. Pools nice very clean area but very busy!

Perfect View

This condo has the perfect view of the beautiful gulf coast. We were not able to get into the condo until after the time we were supposed to check in which caused us to have to wait for a period of time before we could get into the condo. The condo was clean and spacious but needs some serious upgrades. The master bed sinks in the middle causing you to sleep at a slant. The other beds are hard and you will toss and turn all night. They do not have comforters on the bed, just 2 sheets. Bedding was a big downfall to the space. There are very few cooking utensils so do not expect to cook very much unless you plan to bring your own pots/pans or buy them while you’re here. The guest bathrooms shower curtain had some kind of stain or mold all over it and needs to be replaced. The WiFi is very spotty as well. Overall, it’s nice but definitely needs some major updates.

Very nice condo, beautiful pool and beautiful view of the beach

The baseboards could be a lot cleaner, and exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned pretty bad, besides that as it is a beautiful unit.

Nice Clean Condo on the beach

Condo was clean, and had upgraded furniture not shown in the pictures. We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room. We spent most days outside on the beach and the evenings by the pool. Both are outstanding. The beach chair service is a plus. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, it was the very first week the condo opened, so it was at times hard to get in touch with management. I assume that is not normal. The condo was clean, albeit it is a bit worn in the bathrooms. The shower curtain did need replacing. The kitchen is well stocked with the exception of pans. Could use a new pan, as there was only one. We didn't cook a lot and it did not affect our time at the condo, but could be frustrating if you wanted to cook. Overall, a great condo and a great location. Walk to a minumum of 3 tiki restaurants within 2 mins , on the beach. Would stay here again. Thanks for a relaxing time!

Best Vacation Ever

This place is absolutely beyond amazing. Very clean and well maintained. The view is incredible. The tower is on the beach and didn't have to cross the street to go to the beach! I would definitely consider coming again!

Wouldn’t stay in this unit again....

We LOVED Sunrise Beach Resort, but wouldn’t stay in this unit again. It wasn’t clean upon our arrival. The floors were gross and the shower had mold growing in it. The furniture was extremely dusty and there were dust bunnies all over the floors. Loved the resort and our stay, but the room....not so much!
