The shimmering Gulf of Mexico awaits 17 floors below this lovely beachfront condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! In addition to its spectacular balcony views, this condo provides you with access to 600 feet of private white sand beach (with free seasonal beach service), indoor and outdoor swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, an arcade, a theater room, and a 4,300-square-foot gym with a Roman spa.

If you're in the mood to walk, head three-quarters of a mile east to Pier Park, where you'll find 124 stores, a variety of restaurants, and plentiful sources of entertainment, from a Grand IMAX movie theater to the Panama City Beach Skywheel. Go fishing from the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), mingle with marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), or join the local crowds at Dat Cajun Place Café, Runaway Island, Schooners Last Local Beach Bar, and Pineapple Willy’s.

Good trip
The property was amazing! Very clean, great accommodations. Easy check-in. My only complaint and the reason I didn’t leave 5 stars was the elevators. We spent a lot of time waiting on an elevator to go up stairs or down stairs. Other than that it was an awesome stay. Red and double red flags flew most of the time but that is not anyone’s fault, that’s Mother Nature. Would recommend this listing to others.

Everything was as expected. Only downside was the king mattress was wore out so not a great nights sleep. Place was clean. Only other complaint was the elevators. Might as well figure an extra 20 to 30 minutes when planning to go up or down.

My husband and I loved everything about this rental! The view was amazing, the rental itself was clean and perfect. There are reviews complaining about the elevators, but we didn't have a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo for our family vacation
We loved our condo! Family of 6 (4 kids). Everything you could need for the kitchen was there. Absolutely loved the view! The elevators we were somewhat prepared for. Couldn't be happier with our accommodations. This was our first family vacation with everyone together and it was perfect for everyone.

Great location, nice and clean
Condo met all of our expectations from the listing and we enjoyed our stay very much. Only issue which has nothing to do with the property was that there was construction happening in the unit directly above which was pretty noisy and the contractors were smoking pot on the deck several times a day as atested by the aroma and coughing.

Everything we needed
The beach view is amazing! It was nice to have beach service and chairs for us. There is two pools we mainly used one as one of the pools seemed to be more of the younger party pool with spring breakers. Anything you could need is super close or within walking distance. Tons of shops nearby and great restaurants. The elevators do take forever but it is what it is. My only complaint is our bed frame was broken it was usable but so squeaky anytime we moved but comfortable enough I was able to sleep. I also wish the deadbolt actually worked. The only lock on this unit is the code lock. Which bothered me as my teens obviously were sleeping right in the bunk beds that are right by the door, which made them not feel as safe. The unit was clean. I would stay again.

Fall break trip
A very happy condo. Conveniently located, it was very roomy. It had a brand new refrigerator, which was nice. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced but overall a very nice place.

the condo was great, very clean and listing and photos matched reality. my only complaint was the televisions in the condo were ancient, small complaint as TV isnt the reason for our stay but Smart TVs are cheap enough to be in every rental now a days. Also a note on the swimming pools, they are ice cold. This has more to do with the property than the actual condo, but worth noting. I would also be cautious about the chlorine level in the hot tubs. Overall a great experience and a property we would stay at again.

Great get away
The view from this 17th floor unit was amazing! It was perfect for our get away. The unit is an efficiency. We cook while on vacation so it was a challenge at times. Also, I may have missed in the listing, but a hairdryer is not provided. So bring one just in case. Overall the unit was clean and master bed was very comfortable.

Extended Night
We took our family vacation July 16-22 2022 and decided to stay another night. So we chose Tidewater. The property is really nice and has about anything you could want. Our only issue was cleanliness of the room, in which you pay a cleaning fee. After we arrived to check in( 545pm) we went to the room. First the door was not shut and wasn’t locked, after we put out things away, we noticed the floors(tile and carpet) were fairly dirty.( toenail clippings in the living room) 🤢So we messaged the Vacassa and they asked if we needed someone to come up to clean. First, we again pay a fee for this and check is at 4pm and we arrived way after that. I ran the vacuum cleaner that was left all over the floors. But other than some cleaning this is a nice place to stay.
