The Family Tides Beach House will exceed your expectations. Located just steps away from Scarborough Beach, your family vacation memories begin here. With three floors of living space, three living rooms and two kitchens everyone can find their special spot. The newly renovated first floor, with its two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen can be closed off as a separate space to fit your needs.
With seven sleeping spaces and three and a half bathrooms, this modern, updated property comfortably sleeps 13 people. With ocean views, an enclosed outdoor shower and air conditioning, this property has everything you need for an exceptional vacation.
The first floor can be rented separately for a nine month term, September to May which includes all utilities.
The second and third floors, encompassing five bedrooms and two living rooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 9, can also be rented in the shoulder seasons with a three night minimum.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
