This place had all the basics and not much else. The location was just what I was looking for at a price that was fine with. The property was clean but the grounds were not in good shape and my room had quite a few fly’s. When I asked for a fly swatter the management company said they could not provide me with one and that was the property owner’s responsibility… it appears as if the Vacasa just deals with the booking and cleaning of the property and the maintenance is up to the property owner’s. Overall the place was clean but in need of love and attention. Not much pride in ownership which is sad because this place could be way better.

Not the best experience, since the sheets and the blanket where full of pet hairs and humans hairs. I called and let them know I couldn't sleep in a dirty bed. They addressed the issue till the next day. Not a pleasant experience at all. Not recommended.

Don't Judge a Book by it price 😉
I cannot complain since we were lucky enough to find such a bargain for our last minute trip. I was a little worried as the price was so low but quite pleased once we walked in. I especially loved the location. It is literally 1200 ft from the ocean and the beach is beautiful! Bonus was Dollar General is within walking distance so you can stock the fridge. Great prices too!

Great price and location
It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach. the place was pretty clean. the kitchen was stocked up with plates, bowls, silverware, pans and cups. Check in was easy and didn’t have to deal with any people. The price was great for 2 nights with a dog. The couch was comfortable and had a hide a bed. This place is quite a bit different than it was 6 years ago. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

We enjoyed three days with a good bed and full well stocked kitchen. Furniture was nearly new and clean. No complaints. A bit of finish painting would make it perfect. We would definitely go back. It was a great value.

Essentially just a Motel Room with full Kitchen
This location kept us out of the rain, but was no better than a cheap motel room with full kitchen access. One bedroom and bed were fine, however sofa bed was absolutely atrocious, did not lay flat, and while a mattress cover was provided, the actual mattress was disgusting with multiple stains. There is significant need for floor covering such as rugs to help catch sand, and something has to be done about the noise from the attached unit as well as how sensitive the smoke alarm is!

Overall was a good value for the cost. Pro - close to beach access, inexpensive, easy to get to various local areas, accurate to picture and description. Quiet neighborhood. Cons - shares back wall with another unit and the door/wall are so thin it's like having them stay with you as well. We could hear EVERYTHING. All hardwood, so our dog was driving us nuts with nails on the floor. Stocked kitchen with utensils, but would be nice if just at least salt/pepper were provided. Also, kleenex would be appreciated. Internet and Cable were not 100% functional. The mattress cover on the pull out sofa was dirty when we first pulled it out. Definitely older plumbing cause you can get frozen and scalded in the span of a couple minutes in the shower.

Like this funky place!
It was cute and close to beach, pizza, store and junk shop. Bed was super comfortable and unit was very clean. Oonly downside is there is an adjoining door to another unit with a large gap so you will hear anyone staying there and smell their cooking.

Decent little place!
We got the room separated from the rest, so that’s always nice! Very spacious! Was clean. Definitely some wear on kitchen but everything worked. The only thing we had an issue with was the fire alarm. It went off twice from us just trying to use the oven. Sorry neighbor!

impressed but wondering..
This place #114 was worth what we paid. It appeared that they tried and mainly did upgrade this location but still need to finish a lot of the small stuff. Nice paint color, beautiful updated kitchen, modern flooring. Comfortable bed in separate bedroom and a good size bathroom. Fully stocked with plenty of supplies (maybe you could had a second coffee packet). Hopefully the small stuff will be completed (touch up paint on walks, clean/new switch plates, paint front door, clean heater grills/vents etc). This was a first floor lodging, with a ramp entrance. It was perfect for us. We would stay here again and request #114.

Sea Treasures Inn
We were lead to believe there had been updates to this home we had stayed in. There was new flooring and some sloppy painting done. The sofa had stains all over.The sink in bathroom was not draining. Our TV was shut off on day 3 and never restored. We left on Friday Oct.1 . Never once was there a call back to address the TV issue. Very upset and angry at the way you do business

Beach vacation
Sadly I would never recommend this place to anyone no matter what. The photos do not show the true look of the house. Very dirty when we arrived, smelt dirty, and lots of items were broke, couches very dirty looking and feeling. When we arrived we took the time to clean the entire house just to feel that it was clean, and sanitized. I agree with the walls are very thin can hear every little noise your neighbor makes. We will never stay here again.

Great little place next to the beach
We loved our little place. Just a short walk to the beach, having a small kitchen was nice and utilized. The place is within walking distance of everything in town. Our only complaint is the walls are thin and you can hear everything with your neighbors. Would consider staying here again on a future trip.

Several reasons we will never stay here again!!!
We booked this room because it was one of the very few available for the dates we could travel, so I really tried to keep an open mind and look for the positive. It wasn’t all bad, I do like the location, no beach view but walking distance to the beach, great food and shops. The rest is not so great. There is one door with a gap under it that separates the two units, so you can hear the others talk, cough, sneeze or bark as if your all sharing a unit together. The floors were not cleaned well, dust and hair stuck to bottom of furniture legs and in various corners of the unit that our dog quickly found. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for even a teenager. Only two lamps (one was broken) in the whole unit and only one night light, the alternative lighting is one switch that turns on several bright lights in the ceiling. Not great for evening relax mode. Shower water pressure very low, and toilet flushes slow making it easily clogged. The main bedroom mattress was reasonably comfortable, but soft and not ok for those who need back support. Because the front door opens up to a full open view of highway 101, it would be nice if they added a barrier on the front porch, some sort of added privacy and separation from traffic would be appreciated. There were zero hooks or towel racks on any of the walls. The dishes were very few and odd pieces and they want the guests to clean and put away dishes, so basically if you need to wash them before you use them to be safe. There were zero throw rugs in the unit to help manage the sand in the floors. Overall, not impressed with Vacasa on this unit and I wouldn’t try any of them at that location. Also, unfair check out time of 10am. That gives Vacasa 6 hours to clean it before the next guests shows yet it’s not clean when you arrive. So they take away time from your stay, at your expense. We booked it for 3 nights but was happy to leave after the second night. Considering the time it takes to pack up two kids and a dog after several nights of bad sleep, a third night was not a comforting idea. Shame on Vacasa for not putting more effort into their customers safety and comfort.

Very disappointing
This unit has no AC, 1 fan, a very uncomfortable hide a bed that has nasty stains all over the mattresses, and a table bench seat that is broken. The legs folded on my husband when he sat on it. For what you pay to stay in this place I was very disappointed. Will not stay here again.
