Waterscape waterpark has three amazing beautiful blue water pools, which one has a zero entry pool, also a kiddie pool play area and every amenity to make your trip amazing with all there is to do!

Resort fee includes wristband that are mandatory to enter the pool area and use the amenities. Please make sure you put the correct number of people in your group to make sure you have entry into the pool area.

This unit has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. No need walk out on the balcony to see the Gulf of Mexico because you are in building C. Building C has a direct view and you are on the Penthouse floor above the palm tree tops, Unit C601 has been professionally designed with the beach in mind. We also have an exterior beach closet with items for your use, no need to bring wet items into the condo! Carpeting was removed and replaced by new laminate. No smoking in the condo.

The 10,000 square foot split level waterpark courtyard has something for everyone to enjoy. You can spend you whole day enjoying Multiple pools, play areas for toddlers with toddler pool. The little ones have their own separate gated toddler covered play area to protect them from the sun's rays while having fun playing on splash pad, or in shallow pool area with a water slide, or in the play area. Watch them giggle as they enjoy the water! While they are playing you can enjoy socializing with all on the upper level with your neighbor or with you others in the next door gated area for the older ones with a swimming pool area to enjoy! (This upper level pool is heated year round)

Wonder down to the lower deck where you can enjoy a zero-entry pool (has handicap chair lifts) or play in the water on rope challenges or play under the falling raining Lily pads. Enjoy floating down the lazy river. Enjoy the two year round heated hot tubs. Hungry? Enjoy using the gas grills scattered throughout the lower level. The courtyard pavilion is for all to enjoy with friends, family , family reunions or friend get togethers.

If that isn't enough enjoying the beautiful courtyard, Steps away you can enjoy the white candy sand beaches while taking in the beautiful blue water of the gulf . (March 1 – October 31 with weather permitting you enjoy the 2 rental chairs, 1 umbrella are set up daily for your use that we have contracted for your to use.)

As you enter the condo the bunk room tucked back and away on the left with a smart TV with Netflix on it to enjoy and an X-Box. with 2 controllers and 2 games. Across from it is a conveniently tucked away stacked washer/dryer for your needed use. Just a few steps away is a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The oversized kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your meals. Thoughtful items in the kitchen such as a toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee pot, a full set pots and pans, electric griddle because I love to make big breakfast for the family and I find it difficult not to have one. Crock pot for those days on a beach or a day of sightseeing when you want to make it and forget it having the crock-pot meal ready at the end of the day, not stressing on trying to get dinner ready at the last minute. The crockpot saves me money not having to eat out for every meal. You can sit down and relax with everyone to enjoy the camaraderie discussing the days events with my family and friends. Perfect day! Planning meals ahead always lets you enjoy my vacation and that is exactly what I want for guest when they come so they can enjoy this vacation home.

A dining table with room for 6. There a small table with tucked away bar stools off to the side the kitchen or use it as a serving buffet. A comfortable living space to relax in while catching up about the day's events. (Living area has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat.)

There are 2 King bed master suite,. One king bedroom has a private en-suite with a sliding glass door to the patio The other king bedroom has an attached bathroom to be shared with others.
A private walk-out patio where you can start the day while enjoying cup of coffee in the morning or ending the day with a drink feeling the coastal breeze off the gulf while relaxing and chatting about the days events.
This patio is close enough to view the tropical waterparks' complex but far enough to give you seclusion and privacy. At night the view isn't dark, the courtyard lights up.
The covered garage for parking, is steps away from your front door. (don't worry about the noise from the parking lot, it is still quiet) Conveniently no long hallways to walk to get to your condo. also steps away from the elevator to get to the courtyard and pools.

There is a storage closet across from the condo door marked C601, which store beach items for your use. We have 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a few sand toys for the kids and a beach wagon with a small cooler.

Must be 25 years of age to rent. If guest is under 25 years of age must have parent with them.
You must sign an agreement.

May 15- August 15 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund for cancellations made at after 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. 20 day stays or longer no refunds.

Waterscape Beach Rental Resort u-shape resort complex is a tropical oasis overlooking the beautiful sugar sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico w/ its famous beautiful emerald green waters with deeded beach access. 3 swimming pool levels, a 10 foot waterfall. 2 hot tubs, giant lazy river !Free seasonal beach service.) The little ones have there own sunshade play area with zero entry pool, slide, splash pad and more. All new furniture. It has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home.
The upper level pool is heated which is a plus, including in off season too, not all places are here have heated pools. If the air temp drops below 55 degrees the pool heater is shut down until the air temp reaches 55 degrees, because the pool heater can not keep the pool warm when it gets that temp outside.

We have you covered with $1500.00 accidental damage protection on the inside of the condo. This is included in your linen fee. Please keep in mind the rental guardian must deem it to be accidental to be covered by the accidental damage coverage. Abuse to the home is not covered.

Management fee is a credit card usage fee at a rate of 3.2%. If you use a payment method that does not use a credit card it will be removed. After 24 hours credit card fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept traveler or cashier checks. Payments must be made by renters staying on property.
