This corner-facing condo boasts one of the best views of the water available in Panama City. It will be hard to stay inside, as the spacious wraparound deck is furnished with lounge chairs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early and feel the morning chill in the air before the sun comes up to really enjoy the peaceful nature of the ocean as the tide ebbs and flows. As the sun heats up the sand, make your way down to the shared pool area to take a dip in the refreshing waters. Just steps from the pool is a path to the beach, so take a walk along the shore and feel the sand between your toes. When the sun begins to dip below the horizon, enjoy the beautiful colors from the comfort of your own living area with a home-cooked meal made in the full kitchen. End the day with a glass of wine and reminisce on the day's activities with loved ones before dozing off to the sound of the ocean.

Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, take a drive down to Carillo Beach for a small-town experience with beautiful beaches.

Palazzo Panama City beach

Very dated decor. Couch falling apart. Beds uncomfortable and falling apart. No hot water in the southwest bedroom. Mold in the bathroom and ceiling needs finished. Dishes were put away dirty had to wash all the plates and silverware before we could use them. If you walked around barefoot your feet turned black. Otherwise things were great.

Couldn’t get parking passes for our vehicles. Had to stay on the phone the first two days of my vacation trying not to get towed because vacasa couldn’t provide me with parking passes.

The building and location were wonderful. The interior features of the condo we stayed were not great. None of the tvs worked. Yes they turned on, but no access to channels. We had to go buy av equipment to watch from our phones. The kitchen had limited kitchen supplies. No oven mitts, can opener etc. very few items. The worst part was the furniture. The couch was so broken down, that the floor was more comfy. The until had incredible views but the creature comforts on the inside were the worst we have stayed. Every chair within the until was very dirty and worn out. Also big stack of plywood under master bed, which was visible from the family room. There was no table on patio, even though is photos one was shown. We will come back to the condo building just never this unit.

Wonderful Condo!!

The Condo was very clean and it was beautiful!!! The décor was tasteful (not overwhelming like some places we have stayed) and beautiful! We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work - however we are older and not very technology able! Vacasa was going to send someone up to get it working but we said not to bother as we would just watch the TV in the living room and read books in the bedroom. We had a GREAT stay and would highly recommend this Condo!

For the price you charge, we expected better.

While the view of the ocean is beautiful, the condo needs some work. The beds are in major need of replacement as they are all very broken down and left everyone sore! The master bedroom’s bed-frame had fallen off on one side and we spent about 20 minutes getting it back together before we could even sit on it. One bedroom TV does not work while another only has a couple channels. The decor is very dated and feels thrown together. The condo smelled of smoke upon arrival. The couch was very uncomfortable. The master bathroom’s tub had black stuff coming out of the jets. The light in the walk in closet is broke. The parking garage is a nightmare to try to park in. The code was changed on us during our stay, leaving us locked out of the garage. The building stated Vacasa frequently changes the passcodes without telling the guests and had to give us a new code.

Property needs to be kept up and furniture updated

I love the location and balconies all the way around the condo. I like the option for a beach lounge set with umbrella included with the price. I did not like the increase and all the different fees and then to have the amenity of beach towels discontinued and and a charge for parking added along with the increase was ridiculous. I did not like the communication as to the link for registering and paying for the parking. We received a threat to tow or boot our car on the second night and had to find someone onsite who then sent a message to Vacasa we needed to register it took another half a day to get the link. I did not like the furniture in the condo. The living room couch is totally worn out and two chairs are worn and tearing. The dining room table is wobbly and chairs broken. One had a chunk gone that had previously been duct taped back together the table was all scratched up. It is time for new one. The master bed was broken and we called because just by sitting on the bed it slammed against the wall so the maintenance man said screws were gone must have been vacuumed up by the cleaning crew. He couldn’t fix we told him we would be good with a towel behind to keep it from hitting that was the fist of 7 days. The tv’s are all outdated and the only one with Netflix froze up and cut off several times during our stay. The ceiling in the kitchen keeps flaking white paint onto the floor, it looks like it may have been touched up several times. The second bedroom had a broken mirror for the closet door. The bed was worn out. The glass has a beautiful view, however there was two areas that need to be fixed because they are fogged up. The tub stopper in the master does not work you have to hold it up to let water out.

Honest review

The view was amazing and the condo was very spacious. The condo was clean and ready for us when we checked in. I would say however the carpet needs to be replaced and tile put down. There was a musty smell when we got there and I think it’s because of the carpet. The furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and chairs were stained and wore out. The coffee table and side tables were all scuffed up and looked dirty. The hanging curtain/shades appear to be yellow stained and in between the folds there’s dust layer. The toaster only works on one side. The wine cork is broke. The ice dispenser on fridge does not work. There were no spatulas to cook with. The stopper for the tub doesn’t work to fill with water in master bath. There are random eye contacts stuck on walls etc. We have stayed at the Palazzo several times and always loved it. Would not stay in the unit again.

Loved loved loved this property!

We absolutely had the best condo we have ever had at the Palazzo last week. We have been renting here for 20 years. It was so spacious and I practically lived on the wraparound balcony. We saw manatees, dolphins, turtles, ospreys, military fighter jets all from our balcony! We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I wish I could post pictures. It was stunning!

Unit 608/Palazzo

We like the design of the unit and its location. I could not rate it any higher due to some minor issues that need to be addressed. The furniture is old and worn, making it uncomfortable to sit on, we ended up sitting on lawn chairs throughout our 5 week stay. The TV's are also out of date, not a big issue for us but an upgrade would be nice. The carpets need to be replaced, old, worn out and stained. The table on the outside deck is nice but the ceramic tiles on it get blown off in a wind storm which happened on 2 occasions. The tiles need to be glued or fastened securely on the table. Just some minor updates and the unit can be rated higher.

Disappointing condo

Apartment was dirty

This unit was so dirty, carpet need to be changed, mattresses are so sold and bad for back couldn’t sleep. Very old and broken furniture such waste of my money. Owner should update and this should be pulled off rental or advice customer about the poor condition of that unit. Bathroom were clogged. Will never go again.

Loved the view and location. However, the unit had a god awful living room couch that sank as you sit on it. The Queen Bed on the MB side was sunken in the middle in addition to obviously stained carpet in all bedrooms. The ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice and the queen ocean view bedroom sink filled up as you ran the water. I reported a garbage disposal smell and the slow drain but only the disposal was addressed. I will never rent this unit again when I come back. There seems to be no standard and for the price the owner should at the very least have comfortable furniture!

Good location, Great staff but room was not worth the money paid.

For as much as I paid for this unit it was not up to par. First I will say is the staff at the Palazzo itself were wonderful. When we got to our unit late Friday we came into the unit with lots of problems. The floor had been redone from carpet to tile and everything was not in place, with furniture missing and we had no lights in some of the unit, a cracked sliding door mirror in one of the guest bedrooms, stucco missing from one of the guest bathrooms next to the shower, broken furniture, white dust everywhere due to the new floor, cable not hooked up in the living room and really nobody to get a hold of only by phone to a sister hotel due to Palazzo only staffing the front desk for day shift only. Saturday Maintenance came in and added some light bulbs that were missing we moved lamps around to have lighting in the Livingroom and found that the cables were missing from the tv in the Livingroom and the cable unit had to be pinged from the cable company itself. We finally got the cable on Sunday afternoon. By mid week our microwave unit had quit in the unit and once again I had to call and I was brought a temporary microwave for the rest of the stay. Not once did the manager contact me for this unit or offer me some sort of discount for the unit being dirty even though the wonderful staff at the desk had contacted her and put the notes in the computer. To top it all off if you arrive on weekends not to expect to talk to a manager because they are all off on weekends. We also did not know that two weeks before we were scheduled to arrive that the bike rally was back on. So half the week was peaceful the rest was very noisy with biker traffic and loud music. Other than that the beach was nice even though the beach erosion in front of the palazzo lost about 20 feet of beach by the time we left and we were in a good location from the really busy part of the strip. I dont think I would have had such a bad review if the room was deep cleaned and the number of issues we encountered but it was not worth $1985 for the week we stayed with no money knocked off for the cleaning fee because this unit was not clean by far. For the person who inspects the room before its released should be ashamed of themselves. Next time they should check the dust on the plastic plants and check under the beds and you might find things the housekeeper missed. I just hope the next person gets a better clean unit and everything is fixed.
