Just enough space very close to the beach!

This place is an affordable option that is located very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Dunes of Seagrove always a good place to stay!

The white sand beaches have yet to be degraded despite the buildup of homes next door. The two pools are great. The hot tub used frequently by others.

Early June

Great location. Had everything we needed. Beach service was nice. Easy to room and beach. Only thing would work on is easier way to take out the trash.

Outdated unit

Great location, great beach set up, nice pool area, however outdated unit. Limited kitchen pots and pans. If planning to cook in- bring your own. Floor was water logged. Fridge front buttons are broken- the whole unit is run down. Sliding glass doors don’t lock.

Great Space and Location But Old Decor and Smell

Very spacious but not a lot of living room seating. One chair was broken. Minimal starter supplies, i.e. no k-cups to get you started. Great pool and beach, not too crowded as it's a smaller complex. Not to take away from the good things but decor was way outdated, tons of fake plants everywhere! The worst part was the master bedroom had a terrible smell from the old wicker furniture. Awful, had to spray cologne just to be in the room to sleep.

Always enjoy Dunes of Seagrove…have stayed in various units for over 12 years so I’m very familiar with what different units offer and the quality of decor and furnishings. Compared to my most recent stays, this unit needs major updating. Nothing was broken but the decor, mattresses and furniture need replacing … understanding we paid the same for this unit as the updated units are charging. The mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable, guest room had a bare box spring…no bedskirt and living room chairs were child sized….very uncomfortable for adults. Usually don’t leave negative feedback, but unless the rental price is lowered … it needs a major overhaul to compete with other units.

Great location!

We loved staying at the dunes. Pool and beach set up is super nice. This unit had a fabulous view. The unit itself (you can tell in the pics) is not updated in anyway. But that wasn’t a priority for us. The view, pool, location on 30A, beach access were all things that we were looking for and this condo delivered on all those. We will be back to the dunes at Seagrove!

We have stayed in several places in this area but by far this is the very best.

We would give this a 10+. We cannot think of one thing we would change regarding the condo, cleanliness, amenities and location.

Excellent location, great pools and proximity to the beach, strong mildew smell in condo.

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful, but if I am being honest, there were some annoyances with the rental company. First of all - the VRBO listing says that beach service begins in March. We received an email a few weeks before our rental that says beach service begins in May. I reached out to the property 3 times to check and see which one was accurate, and they never responded until two weeks AFTER we got home. They said that call volume was high. This property is managed by Vacasa, so we never once spoke to or interacted with an actual human. (There WAS beach service available in April when we stayed). It is first come, first served. When we walked in the condo there was a strong smell of mildew. So much so that we bought candles and air freshener spray from the Publix. There was also no broom or dustpan in the unit, so unfortunately we left a messy floor for the housekeeping staff. The positives are - the unit is HUGE. The location within the complex is excellent - the parking spot is right by the elevator that takes you directly to the room, and the elevator is steps from the pool and the beach access walkway. You can walk to an ice cream shop and a really fantastic family-friendly restaurant, the Old Florida Fish House. And it's a short drive to the Publix. It's also convenient to head to Sandestin or towards Panama City if you're looking for putt-putt, jet skis, go carts, and those types of activities. But this area is very quiet and peaceful and not crowded at all.

Veteran Visitor

My family and I have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove many, many times over the years. We love the closeness to the beach and pool access, and of course we love the 30-A vibe. We were comfortable in B303, but there were a few things we were a little disappointed with. Compared to other units we have stayed in, this one was a bit outdated and not very well furnished. The little bit of living room furniture there was is very worn in and not comfortable. The guest bedroom (queen) bed had box springs exposed/no bed skirt. Not that big a deal, but not the standard we’ve had in the past. We will still be back to the Dunes, but we will look closer and probably choose a different unit.

It was good

We loved the space in the condo for a family of 5. We loved the layout. We liked the pool and beach access. Parking was good and keyless entry to the condo was nice. It was dated furniture and decor. There was nothing about the surrounding area and places to go or eat. There were no extra amenities like condiments or coffee or a even a can of Pam. No frying pan we could find. No beach or pool items except for 2 beach chairs for a condo that’s suppose to sleep 6. Nothing extra. It was a hotel room and I guess I’m used to something a little more personal. It was good not great. Would stay there again but probably not that condo specifically.

Attention to comfort

The condo was clean and the view was great. We also love the area. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Overall it was okay but not as comfortable as other units we have enjoyed in the same complex.

Beach and pool - perfect!

This place was great! Would for sure go back!!! Only complaint (its not the place) is proximity to things - there are no food delivery options in the area and you can’t really walk to anything. Be ready to cook in if you enjoy all the perks of drinking on the beach all day and not driving. We did a lot of this and had an amazing time!!
