Experience the vacation of your dreams in this bright condo on the beach. With floor-to-ceiling-windows throughout and a spacious balcony complete with lounge chairs, all ten guests will have no problem spreading out. The full kitchen sports brand new stainless steel appliances, marble countertop, and ample room to have multiple cooks tackle mealtimes! Pack a towel down to the shared pool area and make a day of soaking up the sun. The beach can be accessed adjacent to the pool area via a path leading directly to the sand! Everyone will surely be able to find the perfect day of activities here in Panama City!

Every guest will be able to find their own type of adventure in this centrally-located condo. For the shoppers of the group, an upgraded wardrobe is a short drive away at Pier Park! If spending a bit of time in nature is more your speed, rent a kayak and paddle around for a day in Camp Hellen State Park. For the kiddos, there are two great amusement parks nearby; Gulf World and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure! No need to venture far, as you can always take a stroll down the coast and discover your own favorite spots here in Panama City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice Condo but terrible Customer Service

Loved the view but too many issues that wasn’t addressed even though they kept saying they would fix the problems. 2nd bedroom closet door was off tracks (which we did fix ourselves), TV didn’t work, bed was terrible (hard and squeaky), chest of drawers middle drawer was broken. The sink had something in it when we got there. The toilet’s seat had a black spot which I could not get off. The balcony door was extremely hard to open and close. The kitchen counter was dirty upon arrival. The refrigerator leaked at the bottom so we had to keep a towel on the floor our entire trip. Some of the light bulbs were missing. TV didn’t work in Master bedroom either.

Okay place to stay

Location is great. The view is wonderful. The apartment was relatively clean. But there were some issues: 1. The floor was under renovation. It made us nervous as it was too dangerous for the toddlers. 2. There were not enough blankets and a few blankets there were too thin, like towels. 3. The parking garage fee was listed $25 (per car) at the time I reserved the apartment but when I arrived there the manager asked for $40. Neither the manager nor Vrbo took the responsibility of providing me wrong information. Take screenshots of everything when you make a reservation.

Spectacular view

The view from this room is spectacular! It’s a panoramic view of the ocean and you can also see down Front Beach Road from the side windows. If I were to have a condo on the beach I would want a condo like this one. Awesome week, I didn’t want to leave.

we visited July 2022, The condo was spacious, beautiful and the view was amazing. The only complaints I had was the strong mildew smell from time to time during our stay. Also the fact that the couch cushions had several stains, but I would definitely stay there again if the smell issue was rectified.

Bachelor trip

This was my first time staying at palazzo. It was an amazing experience. My friends and I loved the view from inside/outside the condo. The beautiful design of palazzo makes it really convenient to get to the room/lobby/beach. I highly recommend staying at 1201.

The location and amenities were great. Beautiful views of the beaches. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo, especially the floors. If you walk barefooted, which most of the time we did (It is the beach), the bottoms of your feet were black.

Took a chance after reading bad reviews and won't do that again...

I think that once in awhile a bad review is posted that isn't fair to the owner or management. Does a bad review ever fall off? This is a nice condo but it has some issues that need attended to or it may not be profitable for the owner. I made my complaints to the front desk known. Hopefully they will be fixed.

Great experience!

We loved the condo and had an amazing trip. We were holding a pampered chef virtual conference and it worked out perfect. Our only issue/suggestion is ALL the mattresses need to be replaced or upgraded. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Condo is beautiful - parking garage is challenging

We thoroughly loved the condo. Beautiful views and accommodations. The parking garage, however, was extremely challenging. The turns are tight, the parking spaces are tiny and there is NO ROOM to back out of the spaces. We traveled with very skilled drivers and they had to do eight-point turns to get the vehicles out of the spaces.

Favorite Condo

Our only complaint was the floors. Our feet would get black from walking on the floors of the condo. Not sure if they need scrubbed or what. Our flip flops would even stick to the floor in the living room. The floors could definitely use some extra attention. Other than that everything else was perfect!
