About this property

Lovely two bedroom one bath guesthouse located in the heart of Flagstaff, just off Historic RT66.
This home is brand new as of Dec. of 2019. This Home is a free standing house, not attached to any other residence. It has a garage to park your vehicle. We have central heating and air-conditioning.
This home is close to everything the flagstaff area has to offer, including access to the trail system in flagstaff. We are 17 miles from Snowbowl. 78 miles to Grand Canyon South. 33 miles from Sedona.
We just added a central air purification system. (I-Wave R)When the ions come in contact with viruses, bacteria or mold, they remove the hydrogen molecules-without them, the pathogens have no source of energy and will die.
We clean and disinfect all surfaces.
You will feel right at A lovely home with privacy, and in a safe neighborhood.
The entrance to the guesthouse is off of Millis Ln.

Excellent place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend. We were close to family and the place was nice and cozy. Close to Sedona and Snow Bowl for hiking. Place was clean and decorated with Route 66 decor.

Great place to stay in the Flagstaff area for skiing, hiking, whatever you decide to do. Nice guesthouse with everything needed and plenty of room for the family, plus a garage for two cars. Great stay.

Nice for quick stay

The property was what we needed for a quick stay to ski at the snow bowl. It was a little small for our family of six, but it worked.

Great space and amazing location!!

My significant other and I loved this space! We spent two months working remote from Shauna’s listing and loved it. The wifi was fast which was very important for us. The trail systems behind the neighborhood was a nice surprise and was amazing for hiking and mountain biking (hidden trails). The only critique would be that the place is not as clean as we would have hoped for a two month stay but overall, we enjoyed our time here!

Great experience and property. Dropping off our youngest to start at NAU, and we've found out in Flag from petit trips that hotels are either terrible or priced very high. This was a great Option B, which is now our Option A!

Great neighborhood coach house

Great over the garage 2bedroom with great room. Fun Route 66 decor. Easy access to hiking and biking trails, and just 5 minutes drive from town.

Very nice home base!

We really enjoyed the apartment, it met all our needs. It had everything we needed and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful.. we ventured out to Sedona and Grand Canyon and it was perfectly located for that. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and clean

Much more beautiful than the online photos suggest

This property was much prettier than the photos. Everything is brand new. It has a perfect location and the property has everything you would need. We hiked and then cooked a lovely dinner and had everything we needed. Its in a quiet neighborhood. The owners communicated and gave us all the information we needed.

All went well with our visit and all was as described; we feel fortunate to have found this listing with only a few days lead time (due to our late planning of our trip.) Excellent place to use to visit Both Sedona and Grand Canyon.
