Great stay!!

This was the perfect place for a well needed staycation! The location is very near to beaches and shopping. The owners were a pleasure to work with as they were easy to get a hold of and very prompt with their responses. My family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic Staycation

We stayed at this property for a much needed staycation. The location of the unit couldn’t have been better- close to the pool and gym. The unit was well equipped with everything needed to relax and unwind. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful location, wonderful property, wonderful host, just wonderful!

I'll keep this short and sweet, the location is great being in the Waikoloa resort. The property itself is wonderful, has just want you need and not too cluttered, lots of room, nice lanai, clean, plenty of utensils and beach stuff. The host is amazing. I'm shooting myself in the foot, but you want to stay at this place. Thanks for a great stay.

Colony villa

As always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Laura has been an excellent host and very concerned and attentive to our needs. One of the cleanings was not terrific but overall quite acceptable. Too bad there isn’t a little more privacy on the lanai but is just the way the colony villas were designed. We will return.

Heaven in Hawai'i!

If only we could give a 6th star! Laura and Mark’s place is ideal—spacious, well appointed, filled with natural light, sparkling clean, comfortable, and close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed time at the pool (great for the grills too!) and the beautiful landscaped grounds. Best of all, Laura is an exceptional host. She communicates promptly and enthusiastically, sharing her wealth of local knowledge. Check-in is a breeze, and when we needed to extend out stay she was gracious and kind. We felt like old friends, and cannot wait to return!

Great place to stay in Waikoloa

The townhouse was great. Clean, well appointed with all you need - even shampoo and a pantry of dry goods. Easy access to all the amenities of Waikoloa Resort area. Had booked for an extra night and needed to change - gave 2 months notice. Had a bit of back and forth with the host trying to get the refund. Ultimately got the refund but that could have been handled better.

Very Comfortable

The location is peaceful and the environment and neighbors are friendly. The home was better than the pictures, includes everything I needed. Much better than staying at a hotel.

Easy and pleasant stay. Close to everything.

This was a very nice condo that had everything we needed. It had easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway with lots of great destinations just a short drive away. It was also quiet. I stayed while I was racing in Ironman 70.3 and it was a great base for me. The owner was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with.

Great Family Retreat

My husband and I got to bring our daughter and her husband for his first trip to Hawaii and it did not disappoint. Our stay was great and Laura was the perfect host. We really appreciated all the beach gear.

Wonderful property, excellent hosts!

We had a great time staying at this spacious, well-appointed accommodation. Everything in place, right down to extra linens and towels and beach gear. The unit is in a quiet complex and situated to the side of the building itself, which is ideal (only the one shared-wall. Communication with hosts was seamless and informative. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We'll certainly be back.

Great staycation

We live on the other side of the island but go to Waikoloa for weekend getaways. Checking in was a bit confusing but it was mostly due to our not understanding that we needed to press the # key in addition to the code. Gave us a good laughing story to tell our friends. Anyway, we highly recommend this VRBO, owners are friendly and accessible. Unit was very roomy and clean, amenities galore. Also, complex has 2 pools and a tennis court, nice landscaping. Highly recommend it.

Owner was gracious and friendly. Terrific location on the island, close to beach, market and restaurants. Nice pool area with hot tub. Great amenities provided (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) , condo clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Two BR unit more than enough room for the two of us. We can't wait to go back!

Great stay in Waikoloa!

This townhome was perfect for our golf vacation! It had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. Unit was clean, and beautifully furnished with Hawaiian decor. Laura (owner) responded to every needs and was so great to work with. I would stay there again.

Perfect for work and leisure

Property manager was very accommodating throughout the process. If a question came up, she was quick to respond. She really ensured that we would have a seamless stay and should we need anything, she and her staff would be available to assist. They property is was relaxing even if we were here for work. We will definitely be back!

We live in Oregon and a passionate about spending time outdoors whether it be in the mountains and forests of the Pacific Northwest or the beaches and trails of Hawaii. Having a home in both Hawaii and Oregon is the perfect mix for our adventurous spirits. While in Hawaii we love snorkeling and hiking. The Big Island has so much to offer!!! We love that our children get to grow up being in Hawaii so often. It is a dream come true for us.
