House was quaint with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Lots of linens and towels, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen.stairs were delightfully squeaky and there was even an old fashioned phone my sone loved exploring. Several toys for kids lots of books about the area and games to play.
The house was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting. The Host was super nice and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we loved the home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again & tell our family and friends to stay here too! Clean, comfortable, cozy, stocked with all the amenities and more.
So first off, this property is lovely, and we really enjoyed our time. We had a group of five ladies, and the setting was nice for us. As much cooking as we did, the kitchen was a little tight if you have more than a couple of people in there, but there was an adequate supply of things. If we had anything we didn’t like it would be that the twin beds in one of the bedrooms are not standard sized. They are definitely designed for children. That was a hiccup we weren’t expecting, but we worked through. Everything we used worked great, the shower was hot, and the beds were comfortable. If you stay here, just keep in mind it is a beautiful older home and things will creak! It adds to the charm!

This property combines the old with the new…antique character and charm with modern appliances and upkeep! Extremely clean in a quiet neighborhood. TV has streaming available too.
Clean, cozy, older home in a perfect location which met our needs perfectly. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, fully stocked kitchen amenities. The weather was extremely cold but none of our party had any issues with being cold in the home. Excellent communication with Sara (the host). The home was ready on time for our check-in. If we find ourselves in the area, we will surely be trying to stay here again.

This charming and comfortable house was so well appointed and the owner had anticipated anything we might need.
She was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make us feel at home! She even left bikes and helmets in the garage for us!
We’d highly recommend this property to anyone!
We used this house for a wedding weekend to house the men of a wedding party. Plenty of a space for the guys to spread out and hang together after the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding before the ceremony. So nice to be able to spend time together in a space that is not a hotel room.
Very clean, easy check-in and check-out, property manager was prompt and helpful in replying to messages. House is beautiful and spacious, with an antique aesthetic. My only, very minor, complaint is that the neighbors were quite loud and raucous for most of one of the evenings we spent there. But that was only one evening out of six. The rest of the time it was quiet, and it seems to be a safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.
We were a groups of friends catching up over a weekend. The house was immaculately clean. There was plenty of seating, beds, and kitchenware for our group of five to be comfortable no matter what we were doing.
The photos do not do justice to the special place and roominess of this property. Authentically restored, comfy beds, good location to downtown and Katy trail which we hiked, ran and biked. The owner was immediately available for several small things/questions. Excellent value. Looking forward to returning.
Everything was perfect and the property well equipped even for our large family stuck inside all weekend. Host is wonderful and lives close by with quick responses to everything we ask. Can’t wait to come back next year to celebrate again.
