Le Breuil chalet with private jacuzzi, swimming pool, air conditioning, barbecue-plancha and its enclosed, tree-lined garden combines luxury, comfort, calm, nature and leisure in an exceptional landscape.

The 56 m2 Le Breuil chalet can accommodate 6 travelers and is equipped to make you feel at home. It is made up of 3 rooms including:
- 1 suite with double bed and 70 cm TV and dressing room. Its large picture window will let you discover the beauty of the Creuse valleys upon waking up as well as at bedtime.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an office space.
- 1 third bedroom with 2 single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and basin.

The living space offers a beautiful volume with:
- modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer)
- living room with 120 cm sofa and TV.

An independent WC and a laundry area with 6kg washing machine complete the interior fittings.

The large picture window in the living room will allow you to fully enjoy the large partly covered terrace and its equipment: private jacuzzi, barbecue-plancha, deckchairs ...

Outside, Le Breuil offers a private enclosed and planted garden area of almost 300m2 to take full advantage of an exceptional view of the Creuse countryside.

To enhance your stay, the estate offers a shared heated swimming pool open from May to the end of September as well as a real pétanque court.

Magnifique location

Malgré un temps hors du commun pour le mois de juillet, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Location conforme à son descriptif, piscine, jacuzzi et ensemble de la propriété très bien entretenus. Gérants très sympatiques et de bons conseils sur les balades des alentours
