300 m from the ski schools and the start of the Mont d'Arbois cable car, 5 minutes from the village center. Snow-cleared access after each snowfall.
Comfortable apartment with mountain charm including a living-dining room decorated with a fireplace, opening onto a large balcony (view of the Charvin). The sunsets are often magical (see photo). A separate fully equipped kitchen. A very quiet master bedroom en suite, a bedroom with mezzanine and its adjoining bathroom including a bathtub and a toilet. A mezzanine above the living room with sofa bed.

A garage in the basement, a ski locker.
It is possible to welcome you only with your luggage.

Perfect apartment

A very nice apartment very close to ski lifts. Well-equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a cosy living area. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4-5 persons. The terrasse is perfect facing west to enjoy the afternoon sun when done skiing. Distance to the city and supermarkets is a little long and a car is needed. Remember to bring your own ski boot heater. The owner is very friendly and we communicated without any problems.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans ce très bel appartement pour notre séjour au ski. Merci à Pascal pour son parfait accueil et sa grande disponibilité. L équipement de l appartement est très complet. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement.Il faut 5/6 min pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques Mont d' Arbois un peu plus haut.Nous n avons pas utilisé le casier à ski de l appartement et avons laissé les skis et chaussures de ski en consignes au loueur pour plus de praticité.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé au pied des pistes de ski et d’une taille parfaite pour une famille de 6.

Magnifique logement

Semaine de détente en famille au ski formidable. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille de 5-6 personnes. L'emplacement est idéalement placé (au calme, et à 5 min des télécabines de Roche Arbois et Rochebrune). Pascal est très accueillant et de bon conseil. Nous conseillons sans aucun doute le logement.

Très bel appartement bien situé

Nous recherchions un appartement près du golf et très confortable. Nous avons été bien servi. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable. Situé à proximité du golf, nous avons aussi pu faire de belles randonnées sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil.

Super séjour a Megéve.

Déjà, accueil très sympathique de Mr Pelletier :-) Rien a dire que le confort de cet appartement. Je dirais juste qu'il apparait plus grand sur les photos qu'il n'est dans la réalité. Nous n'étions que 4 adultes donc parfaitement suffisant. Année particulière pour un séjour en montagne puisque pas de remontées mécaniques et couvre-feu a 18h. Nous n'avons donc pas pu apprécier sa proximité appréciable des départs de ski. Mégère est a environ 25 minutes a pieds par un chemin très agréable mais aussi très pentu ! l'aller se fait donc assez facilement mais heureusement il y a les navettes gratuites pour remonter !

Beautiful apt in nice location

Nice, cosy and clean apt. on 1st floor. Perfect for family or 2-3 couples. Well equipped kitchen. Fireplace was nice and was used daily. Afternoon sun on the terrace - even i January. Garage for 1 car. Good location with 3-5 min walk to gondola and possible ski in. Couple of good restaurants just next door. 20 min walk to town.
