Quaint, cozy, and newly remodeled, this condo in the heart of downtown Telluride is the perfect home base for your next mountain vacation. Walk home from a day spent on the slopes to create a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen, unwind with a board game or a movie on the TV, and take a stroll around town to peruse the many shops, galleries, and restaurants nearby. You'll have everything you'll need for a memorable stay in Telluride!

This condo places you in the heart of everything that Telluride has to offer, from skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in winter, to hiking, biking, golf, and fishing come summer. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the base of the Coonskin Lift, providing you with quick and easy access to over 2,000 acres of skiable terrain (as well as mountain bike trails during the summer months). The best of downtown is all around you as well, so you can easily explore the local shops and eateries and finish the day with a walk along the peaceful San Miguel River.

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Condo, Great Location

Boomerang 107 was the perfect condo for our Telluride weekend. Walking distance to everything and very clean. Couldn't recommend more! If we ever come back, I will look to book this place again.

Cigarette smelling uncomfortable joint

This is a crash pad. The place stank of cigarettes from day 1 till we left, likely a tenant decided to light up a pack of Parliaments before our stay. We emailed and called Vacasa, who runs the property and got no answer from them. The bed is double, so it is small and leans towards the head, making your rest tough. The couch is ancient, shallow and uncomfortable to watch a game on it. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Nice, comfortable unit

The unit was well maintained & convenient to town. Which was a little over a half mile walk down the river path. Parking is a bit of a problem but once you have secured a parking place you can walk everywhere

Summer Wildflowers at Telluride

Great location in Telluride. We were walking distance of everything. The property was just the right size with everything you need for a couple's getaway.

Great location!

Worked great for our needs. Close to lift 7 as they say and short walk to all downtown shopping and eateries. Parking is a bit tricky but if you find a spot you don’t need your car.

March ski week

the unit worked for us, it was clean upon arrival, great in-town location, glad we did not rent a car, there was no parking at the building and everything was within walking distance, kitchen modestly equipped but the dishwasher did not work properly, no washer/dryer, bed was good but all of the pillows were ridiculously lumpy. again, great location

Tired, dark, and musty condo

Photos don’t reflect the tired feel of the condo. Musty odor greets you upon arrival. Even when using the condos’ parking pass, we still received warning citations on the windshield. Definitely will not stay here again.

Perfect vacation

The location was great and had everything we needed. The bed was great which was nice. We brought food and the kitchen will have everything you need. The front couch is a hide-a-bed and worked well for our son. No hesitation staying here again.

Very good location, nice place

The apartment is nice, it had everything we needed and as advertised. Be aware the only condiments available are salt and pepper. The living room is overlooking a stream and you can get a glimpse of the lower part of the mountain between the houses in front. The location is very good - a few blocks away from the gondola and the town center, a block from the Clark’s grocery store. There is a great Thai place (Siam) right by it. Parking is indeed tight, on a few occasions we had to park on Colorado street, there are a few spots that accept the same pass you will find in the apartment. On the other side of Colorado street there is also free parking from 6 pm to 8 am and 2 hours free parking after that - we did this once and moved the car the next morning. There is also the paid parking, but we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the first floor and not as bright as pictured (maybe brighter in the winter when the trees don’t have leaves and the snow is reflecting light), but we didn’t stay much indoors anyway. We are satisfied with our stay and would recommend the place.

Great condo !

Great location , renovated and fully equipped . My only suggestion would be to have a standing fan for the bedroom as it was pretty warm at night

Loud, not as indicated

Wailing dog 3 nights in a row, internet wasn’t connected, tv was not connects to cable, loud neighborhood, bedding was old and sheet was rough, no parking pass or any direction available and no response from owner, not a king bed. But telluride is great as always and proximity to town was decent. Would come back but definitely not stay there.
