New villa with swimming pool, quiet in Somone

5 minutes walk from the ocean (hotel restaurant Africa 6), the heart of Somone (grocery stores, bakery, restaurant ..) and 2km from the lagoon, the villa is a haven of peace with typical charm and with everything western comfort.
The M'bot district offers a peaceful atmosphere.

Bright, furnished and tastefully equipped, the space is divided into 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and 1 living room in the center. The kitchen is located on the terrace. 2 sofas in the living room can be used as single beds.
Mosquito nets on all openings.

Swimming pool with deckchairs and direct access from the rooms.

Villa secured by Aliou, the caretaker and maintained twice a week by Awa.
The price includes water. The electricity is to be recharged with cards (solar swimming pool). Canal + and wifi, also to recharge.

Hébergement acceptable pour passer de bon moments.

Nous étions quatre ; avec deux chambres c'était correcte .Cette location pour six et certainement un peu juste. Observations négatives: Gardien pas désagréable mais à surveiller. Difficulté à faire nettoyer la piscine. Peu présent chez lui. Un peu de tromperie sur la toiture qui n'est pas en chaume mais en béton ( ce n'est pas grave c'est que de l'aspect). On ne voit pas très clair (ampoules intérieures pas assez puissantes) surtout dans les salles d'eaux et la cuisine. Revoir la pompe à eau qui se désamorce souvent. Les moustiquaires df portes étaient mal fixées ( J'ai passé 3 h à les refixer) Frigidaire un peu petit déja pour nous quatre. Cuisine, ,petite, absence de four, d'étagéres . Observations positives : Quartier calme à 10 minutes de la mer. Cour, avec quelques fleurs, entourée par des murs. Entretien facile des sols . Salles d'eau convenables.
