South Seas Amenities include Heated Resort-Style Pool, Fitness Room, Laundry Rooms, and Pickleball/Tennis. Boat Docks are available for rent and there is plenty of covered, secure parking.

Tigertail Beach offers Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals/Lessons, a Playground and Snackbar with Beer and Wine. Walk the whole stretch of this Beautiful Beach where Dolphins are regulars just offshore. Stop off at the Marriott Hotel for a Cocktail, or Dinner on the Beach, or take a Jetski Tour.

Overall nice place. Balcony faces Southwest so the building obscures the sunset. Very clean, slightly dated.

Condo view and TV viewing.

TV was old and went out. They replaced it with a new one the same day. Really didn’t expect them to recover that quickly but they did. Good job!Condo has a very nice view of the beach and ocean.

Facelift needed

Unit is ok - but needs a facelift - kitchen is very dated - pots and pans should be replaced. - long walk to the beach - if you want to stay by the pool you will be fine. Pictures on site show view of the pool - you actually have a view of the beach and the parking lot - I mentioned it to the listing that they should be changed. Also - had bad fall in the hallway after a rainstorm - tiles are very slippery and should have been noted with a sign or should have been swept up - again - told management - easily could have been seriously hurt. Good location if you like to walk to restaurants - loved Joey's pizza and the breakfast place next door and also driving to Goodland for music and tiki bars.

Lots of counter space

We stayed here in tower 3 towards the end of January 2025. My sis and I appreciated all the counter space for sorting shells. It’s high up on the 12th floor so nice views of the sea. Unfortunately Tiger Tail was undergoing refurbishment and there was a guard stationed to keep you off during working hours. But he said before 7am and after 4:30 and Sundays were ok. We mostly did shelling by boat for that reason. South Seas tower 3 uses the same beach access as tower 4, in case you are wondering like I was.. trying to cut off some walk time.

Basic repairs

Toaster had broken handle. Coffee pot was broken. No dishwashing materials. Broken outlet in bedroom.No instructions on how to use TV. Garbage disposal cover is not correct size. No garbage bags. No rolls of TP except what was left on roll from last group. Seems no one is checking stuff after unit is used. Manager responded immediately to our needs.

Spring Break

Great location! Loved that you could walk to local places to eat. The Beach Cart and Beach Chairs were perfect for the long walk to the beach. We all loved our time in Marco and will be back! The keys to get in and out were great for safety but had to get used to that each time we entered or left to the beach. The property manager was amazing and quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful Stay in Marco Island

I can't rave enough about our wonderful experience in Marco Island and the beautiful condo we rented from Sue. It was super clean, spacious, included everything we needed, and the view from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular. A special shout-out to Abbey, the property manager, who answered all of my questions and was just the sweetest. We will definitely rent from Sue and Abbey again on our next Marco Vacation!

Quiet and Relaxing Spring Break

This property was just as described. The views were amazing and they had everything we needed to enjoy our spring break at the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio and watching the sun set. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach buggy, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were a nice surprise. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and eating out at some great restaurants near by. The complex was clean and quiet. The owners were responsive and the check in and check out process was easy. We will definitely be back!

relaxing stay in Marco island

Sue and Abbey made check-in and check-out easy and answered all our questions promptly. Description and pictures of the property are accurate. We had a fun and relaxing stay with beautiful weather the entire week. Only reason for not a 5 star rating is the towels provided are getting old and a number of them had stains on them. Recommend a towel upgrade soon (especially the wash clothes).

Advertises sleeps 6 but only has 4 chairs so not convenient for family dinners. Even placemats-only had 4. Decor made it dark and not very coastal, but that is individual preference which I understand.

Everything was very nice. Particularly enjoyed finding the beach cart. First impression was off due to the plug in air freshener smells which wet a little overwhelming. Once we got this unplugged and found that the kitchen was stocked decently (just unorganized), we settled in for a lovely week at the beach.

We love Marco and this condo community

This is our second year in Marco and in this condo community. It is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is a little bit of a walk but so worth it. Each condo we have stayed in has had everything we’ve needed. Beach buggy to carry everything, several beach chairs, small coolers, ice packs, fully stocked kitchen accessories. Condos are a good size for 6 people comfortably. The only thing I could say is that in this condo we were in this time, the mattresses were pretty hard and uncomfortable, but may be just fine for someone else and the cleanliness was a 3 out of 5 for me. Showers had hair all over them from previous people and floors were sticky. But those are easy fixes and I would recommend staying here! The first day we got there, the AC was not working but that was an entire building issue. We contacted our rental manager and she responded immediately, explained the situation and personally came to the unit to get the AC unit reset for us and see if there was anything else she could do. Nice personal touch with the card and bottle of wine, which I enjoyed that night :)

Ok for adults. Terrible for kids. Don’t expect pool access

The property management group was fantastic and responsive to needs to the best of their ability. The condo was well-stocked, thoughtful, comfortable, and clean. The pool was closed for three days of our stay due to a chemical imbalance with no alternatives. The condo building/association was awful. There was a definite owners vs renters mentality. The owners were nasty to all others. Ridiculous rules were strictly enforced. For example: -kid times in the pool only from 11-12 and 4-5 -no pool before 10am -we were told to be quiet in the pool…during kid time! -no balls, toys, or floats in the pool -no drinks or pool on the pool deck -no jumping into the pool -laundry is available, but first you must buy a $10 laundry card and then add money to it…liquid detergent only -cream seat cushions on the dining table that we were asked to keep clean Also, the beach is a far walk, about a 2-3 blocks, in the sand so keep that in mind for little legs or hurt legs. I very much enjoyed Marco island, the actual condo, and the property management group, but we will not be returning to this condo building .

This condo was great. It was clean and well stocked. The location was near any place we wanted to. We especially liked sitting on the balcony the faced the gulf. Early morning coffee and evenings with a book were enjoyable out there.

Found the condo a bit dated. Also a little small. Lost water one day. Nice view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Pool was OK - not great. If we return I will look for a low rise building and probably not on the beach.

We had an overall good stay, however, I wish the owner/manager would provide better bathroom supplies (Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, etc.) for a property in this price range. The property was clean, but is in need of updating, as it still looks like in the 80's. The beds were comfortable and Kitchen had plenty of pots. pans, Utensils, etc.
