Located in the heart of Wailea with a country club feel and centered on 11 acres, amid the 18-hole Wailea Blue Golf Course. You'll also find the world-class Wailea Tennis Center and stadium. This resort features two pools, two hot tubs, and barbecue grills; and is also located near The Shops at Wailea with restaurants, bars, and shopping and of course some of Maui's most popular beaches!

As you settle into this spacious two-bedroom, two bath unit located on the 3rd story with an expansive lanai allowing for perplexing views of the ocean and beautiful Maui sunsets as well as plenty of space for five guests comfortably. This home is the perfect quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of big city life. The cozy living room will make you feel right at home, with the cathedral ceilings, plush carpeting, and a comfy Hawaiian printed sofa perfect for snuggling up, listening to music, or watching a movie. visit with family and friends for those lasting memories.

The cook of the family will be pleased with the fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops perfect for whipping up some home-cooked meals for everyone to enjoy. Savor your meals indoors while still being social with family and friends on the dining table or If you prefer al fresco style outdoors you'll love the large lanai with captivating views of the ocean and mountain views while taking in all of the natural beauty that surrounds this lovely condo.

When you are ready to unwind, enter into the large primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and remodeled ensuite tile shower. Head on over to the connecting lanai with access from the primary room, which is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying cool tropical breezes. For those evening movie nights, both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV.

The considerably sized guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, which can sleep 2, and in addition to that bed, there is a twin-size day bed for an extra guest. Relax, rejuvenate, and kick up your feet at the end of the day and enjoy your favorite TV show with the flat screen TV mounted on the wall in your room.

The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and plenty of counter space to get beach ready.

Grand Champions unit 35 is a family-friendly yet relaxing condo ensuring a peaceful and luxurious stay. Whether you stay at the villa lounging by the pool or explore the many fine beaches of the island, your Maui vacation will be your sweet escape making memories that will last a lifetime.

This is an awesome location and the home had EVERYTHING you need for a short or an extended stay. The location is great as it’s close to everything you will ever need or look for from restaurants, to the beaches to golf etc. it’s right in the heart of everything so you WILL not be disappointed. We would stay here again.

Overall it was great! Would return again. Only issues were that the supply of Toilet Paper/Tissue Was inadequate for 4 people for 5 days. The request we made for additional supply’s took 1/2 a day to be delivered. Also, the ice trays leak and we’re both cracked and unusable.

We will be back!
Our family goes to Hawaii every summer. We used to go to Oahu when our kids were little and we have been going to Maui since last year. We really enjoyed spacious lanai and sunset from the balcony. It is nice and clean community and the shops are really close to our place. Kitchen, bathroom and beach equipment are well prepared. We left our beach noodles so people who stay after us can use it. We are already talking about our next trip to stay in same place. One suggestion- if guests can have small coffee pack to drink on first day- as a welcome treat ,that would be very appreciated. :)

The kitchen was fully stocked with Tupperware, plates, cutlery, bbq stuff, etc. The only down thing was they only had salt and pepper for seasoning. Location is great, 5 min drive to shopping, and 7 min to Wailea beach, ~10-15 min to South Kihei depending on location for some great eats. The pool was awesome for the kids and the hot tub was definitely hot. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful 5 night stay
This quiet top floor (of 3) condo unit was perfect for our group of 4. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Both beds were reported to be comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and private. We were especially pleased to find a kitchen with a blender, a rice cooker, plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, and lots of Tupperware for beach snacks! Parking was easy, even with 2 cars. Easy walking distance (about a mile) to a few beaches and just a short (2-5 mile) drive to all of south Maui’s best beaches. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, and groceries are all available within walking distance as well. Highly recommended.

Great location and condo, not family friendly
The condo itself is great, and there were no issues at all checking in or with the property manager. The facility is great, and there are ocean views. Everything you need is in the condo, including cookware, dish soap, washer/dryer, etc. If you are considering staying with a family here, especially with smaller children, I would not recommend it. There are signs at the pool that literally say “no splashing, no loud noises.” There are issues with noise from units above and below, so kids need to be really quiet and not run around early in the morning, which is a challenge with jet lag. The property itself seems to be more geared towards retirees.

Reviewer Comments: Aloha JustiWhen we were told about the water leak at Nohonani 102, approximately 12 hours before our arrival, Debbie explained the situation and said we could stay at Grand Champions #35 for 2 to 3 nights and than go to Nohonani 102. I asked what other options we had and she had none. Upon our arrival at Grand Champions we were very shocked that we had to transport all our luggage and food up 3 flights of stairs. Than we learned that Nohonani 102 would not be available at all. We did look beyond CB Vacations inventory for another place to stay, but there was nothing with only a few hours notice. So in just 3 short days we managed to move down the 3 flights of stairs with all our belongings and the cold food into a hot car all before 10am. We asked Debbie if there was somewhere, anywhere, we could store our cold food until 4pm which was the earliest we could check in at Haleakala Shores, but there was “No Options”. One of the reasons we booked a condo (not a hotel) is we all love to cook. WE MADE DO AND SAVED OUR FOOD! JUST MORE TIME AWAY FROM OUR BEACH TIME AND OUR OTHER VACATION ACTIVITIES! DOES IT SOUND LIKE WE HAD ANY VACATION AT ALL!! You say you provide option(s) but not really. We were at the mercy of CB Vacations and really only had 1option!When we did arrive at Haleakala Shores the access code would not work. So we made a call but a new code did not work either. Had to wait for an agent to come and give us another final code. Again with bags of melting ice and cold food. Thank God there was a elevator there. We got a welcome email that asked if there was anything CB Vacations could do and we said yes, one beach chair was broken and unusable, we couldn’t find a can opener and a couple of other small things. No one got back to us until Friday,

The balcony has an ocean view just as pictured. The one comment is the second bedroom has a very firm futon on the larger bed. The Twin bed in the same room has a regular mattress. Management was excellent ensuring that there were no issues once we checked in. Wonderful little welcome basket as well. I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful area. I mean who doesn’t love staying near a world class golf course. Parking spot was right by the room. Rooms were far enough apart to feel private. Nice common pace to hang out.
