Traveling to the 2nd floor you will find a King master with a private patio and bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Across the hall is the guest bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Twin over Full Bunk with a private bath with shower/tub combo. A perfect place for those extra family members or friends.

Absolutely amazing location!
What a wonderful little gem. This is our favorite condo! Spectacular view and gorgeous sunsets. Fantastic location!
My family and I stayed here for four nights in October 2023. This location is just what we were looking for in proximity to the beach as well as being conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and other necessities. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need to start your stay. The absolute best features though are the views and VERY short walk off the back deck to the beach. It really is just a few steps to the sand. I would highly recommend this location and we will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan, comfortable bedding, bright clean bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking! Beachfront Luxury Property
Three Steps to the Beach is such a beautifully designed townhome. Wake up facing the Gulf from master suite. Recently renovated and gorgeous. We found this hidden gem and love the location, literally we had the whole beach to ourselves. The house has a modern feel and everything was spotless. Perfect location with amazing views
Love being right on the beach, love all the windows facing the water bringing the ocean even closer. House is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views, white sand, sunsets and sunrises. We will be back!

This is an excellent property. It was perfect for my family for the week. Very conveniently located and easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The access to the beach is incredible, nothing beats the view. We have been all over the US and this is some of the best water and sand you can find. Owners keep this place really nice, we will be back!

Timeless comfort, cleanliness, and beauty
The views from the gulf front room and covered porch were gorgeous. Having a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach off the master bedroom was pure bliss. The condo was perfect size, the kitchen was well equipped with more than ample space, the beds were super comfy with luxe linens, the bathrooms were large, and the overall cleanliness of the home was by far the best I have ever experienced with a rental property. We would recommend this home to our family & friends. And hope we will have another opportunity to rent this property again.

Can't get over the view!
We loved our stay at Three Steps to the Beach. You really can't beat the location and view. Plus, this part of the beach is so much less crowded. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. You're also not far from great restaurants - Donut Hole, the Terrace, La Crema, Amici. We had a great time relaxing at Three Steps and we can't wait to go back.

A few things I wanted to let you know. There was no dust pan and the towel holder in the master was broken and laying in the cabinet. I sweep daily and had to use cardboard to scoop up the sand. We have stayed in these condo's for the last 6 years and really like them. Lee

Perfect beach spot
This townhouse is right on the beach. We kept our bedroom door slightly open at night and slept to the music of the surf. It looks newly renovated. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed although superb restaurants within a couple of miles made cooking unnecessary. We came home already planning a return trip in the fall. Highly recommended!

Incredible!!
I can't say enough about my experience staying at Three Steps to the Beach. The home was very well stocked and everything you need in terms of kitchen tools, appliances, strong wi-fi, nice TV's, etc., are present in the home. The setting is unbelievable and once you rent gulf front it's hard to go back to staying at any other location where you don't have a view of the water. Sunsets were awesome as well and many of the guests staying close by came out to safely share and witness the experience. Three Steps is at the top of my vacation hotspot list and I can't wait to return!!

Perfect location with magnificent views
We love this beach house. Everything was perfect. There's no better place to experience the beach than Three Steps. My family fell in love with it after our first visit over 5 years ago and we've been back every year since. Truly a special place.
