The Séquoia chalet is located in the beautiful and peaceful hamlet of Grand Parcher, with views of the mountains and the valley. The chalet is spread over four levels and can accommodate up to 20 people.
Only a 10-minute drive from the Puy St Vincent ski resort and 300 meters from the shuttle that goes up to the resort.

The chalet is located 50 meters from the cross-country ski trails. Spacious chalet composed of two apartments:
- Ground floor: T3 apartment of 70 square meters with a living room and an open fitted kitchen, a stove in the living room, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and WC.
Large south facing terrace.

level 1:
Large kitchen and living room with wood stove to relax in winter. A large terrace overlooking the mountains.
1 master suite with double bed, bathroom and WC.

Level 2:
- one bedroom with double bed
- one bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed
- a bedroom with three single beds
- 1 bathroom and WC
- a master suite with double bed, bathroom, WC and balcony

Level 3:
A large dormitory with 4 single beds in fitted attic.
