I love my home! This one level house is a three bedroom, one bath, functional kitchen, living room, and laundry room. It has large backyard with the fire pit. I maintain the house myself, it will always be clean and comfortable! It is only minutes from Penn State and on a bike path that leads to the stadium. It is a convenient location that is close to shopping, dining, State parks, hiking, and much more! Easy to get to and Is close to RT. 99, 26,322, and RT. 80

Great location in State College

Very cute house in a great location in State College. Close to campus and shopping, but on a quiet street. The house was clean and host was very nice and responsive when needed. Only downfall was that it was HOT the weekend we were there (over 100 real feel) and the window/floor units struggled to keep the house cool during the day. Thanks for a fun stay!

Great getaway. Cute accommodations. Nice amenities.

We loved the location. There is a park within walking distance and our dogs enjoyed it immensely. Everything was well stocked and our interaction with the owner was lovely. We highly recommend. We are staying here again very soon!

Best rental ever

Emily thought of everything to make this house a cozy home. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All the snacks, decor and seasonal decorations were added bonuses. We will definitely stay here again

PSU Football Game Stay

House is super clean, nice yard, and has all the basics you need. Also, is super close to campus literally only 5 mins. If you don't have a huge group and can deal with one bathroom it's the perfect house. Would definitely stay again!

amputee golf

I explained to Emily that I was bringing my father-in-law, who has cancer, and my mother in law & wife to my amputee golf championship at Penn State Emily kept in contact with me the whole time even thru check-in and as we arrived and opened the door she had golf on the TV in the living room. Which was just an added item to our stay which made it extremely enjoyable!! I also said that I noticed there was a fire pit in back and she said that we were able to use it and out of the blue she sent me a note that she set the fire pit up with wood and paper and everything all we had to do is light it which for me was over and above what a host/owner should have to do. This is why I give Emily herself a 5 star rating.

Exceeded My Expectations

This property was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable and had absolutely anything you could want to make you feel at home. There were snacks and beverages if you needed which was really sweet. The house was extremely clean, every inch of it. We stayed here for accepted students day for PSU and the location was ideal. Cannot say enough positive things about this property. Host was super responsive with all questions prior to and during stay. Will definitely be back.
