Beautiful views

Beautiful view But cold the heater kept breaking the sheets were the worst I've ever had even motel have better. 1ply toilet paper and small cheep towels cleanliness was so so .

First off I’d like to start off by saying the views from the penthouses are absolutely beautiful. The location of the Capri is very convenient I stay at different penthouses at this ((SAME LOCATION)) at least twice a year. My family loves it here I travel with young children and TYPICALLY the suites are fully equipped with beach chairs and beach toys for children. This one is NOT basically all you get is views and beds so bring all your own stuff ( toilet tissues, hand soaps , dish soap trash bags etc. ) I will have to say that this Particular penthouse was Very very very disappointing due to cleanliness. I travel with 3 small children and I was horrified to discover a USED MEDICAL NEEDLE ON the floor where my kids where in. ((Absolutely HORRIFIED)) also the chair in the master bed room had what looked like human Feces right down the center of the cushion of it where someone would sit I flipped The cushion so my kids would not touch that and the other side was just as gross. I had to re-wipe down the counters and re-scrub everything down once discovering the needle. The floors felt absolutely disgusting we ended up having to go out and buy house Slippers because the bottom of our feet were so black I was terrified for my son to be crawling all over the floor and really just couldn’t wait to leave at this point After having to remopped and re-mopped over. Also this penthouse only has ONE FAN and it gets really hot and humid the ac doesn’t work very well at all. Also bugs where all over the condo when arriving I have pictures to prove all this if you’d like to inquire them. Other than the views and the comfortable bed in the master bedroom I was overall disappointed at my stay for the amount of money that I spent this weekend.

Helpful staff

The Front desk staff and property owner were very helpful and accommodating. Check in and check out is quick and simple. Located in front of a great surfing beach.
