Light filled, open floor plan living area. Kitchen, dining, living plus 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the upper level with two additional bedrooms, 1 bath plus additional TV/ living area on the lower level. Perfect for two families to share.
Grassy yard, with multiple decks over look the Montauk Downs Golf Course.

Perfect family vacation

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. It had plenty of space for activities and dinners at night, with a beautiful view of the golf course. It’s also fairly close to town, a quick drive. Overall, fantastic stay!

We had a family wedding at Montauk Downs… this house was perfect! The house is exactly as pictured. Great location for everything. Great deck overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing and spacious too!

House was clean, open and in a great location for the weeding we attended at Montauk Downs, walking distance. Close to town and the Lighthouse. The open concept of the house was great for family to gather and everything we needed for meals was provided in the house.

Montauk Wedding weekend

Beautiful and spacious Montauk home - backyard and deck face portion of Montauk downs - a view of deer in morning and golfers during the day. House is well equipped with necessary items to cook a nice meal. Deck in front of house and back of house had ample seating for large family.

Not as advertised

This rental house has 2 sliding glass doors as front and rear entrance both the locks were broken and the doors were in poor shape. The house was not stocked with anything need to stay at a house. There were no garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and very limited towels. The grill was old, rusted, knobs were stripped, and 2 empty propane tanks. One tank had enough gas to grill for about an hour then it ran out. We had to go to town to exchange a propane tank for a full one. We had to paid for this. They advertise a fireplace but have no screen on the front of the fireplace , no tool for a fire, and no wood for a fire. The drink refrigerator was frozen with ice and did not keep the drinks cold. Overall the house was disappointing. To make matters worse the toilet bowl clogged before we left. We looked for a plunger and could not find one. We were then charged because the home owner claims they need to get a plumber to the house. No foreign objects were flushed down the toilets. I believe it was poor slope of the drains as they run the entire length of the house. My advice save yourself time, money and aggravation and rent another house.
