PACIFIC CITY CUTIE is perfect for a family or a group. With 3 bedrooms, it can sleep up to 9(a King, a Queen, and a Full/Twin bunk room, and sleeper sofa). There are several flatscreen TVs, High-speed Internet and WiFi access.
There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the great room. Smart TVs with live TV streams, streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu with your account), and screen mirroring from a compatible smartphone or network connected device. High speed wifi internet with speeds up to 300 Mbps. This speed is good for: Video calling/conferencing, HD streaming on multiple devices, and downloading shows, movies and large files.
Movie nights are comfortable in our great room, with easy kitchen access. The kitchen offers a gas range, microwave, crock-pot, spice-rack, blender, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster.
There's an additional stroller, scooters, games, beach chairs, and ping-pong for the in the garage. The outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer months.
Please note that all guests must be 25 and older (except parents/guardians and children) and abide by local noise ordinances (quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am), and CCNR's. No smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, or parties that exceed the capacity of 7 people allowed to stay.
Parking in the driveway is limited to three cars. Off-street parking is not available. Cars may be towed by Kiwanda Shores HOA if parked off of the street. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Boats, RV's, and other vehicles other than cars are not allowed.
Check in is between 4:00 - 8:00 pm, and Check-out is between 9:00 -11:00 am. There is parking available for 4 cars, and the amenities are very close by. There are walking paths to the town, and private beach access.
There is one small-medium sized dog allowed (no cats), when the guest communicates in writing that they plan to bring their dog and pays the $79 pet fee. Dog must stay off of the furniture. A second dog is sometimes allowable with a $79 additional pet fee. Please clean up after your dog.
Please note our house is not ADA compliant, and does have a couple steps to enter and exit and the bathroom is not wheel-chair accessible. For infants and very young children, bunk beds many not be suitable. Please bring outlet covers and other safety accessories to child-proof the home.
No shoes in the house please. Please limit fireplace usage to 2 hours per day, for it runs on a small propane tank. Please clean out lint in dryer if you do laundry. For your additional security, we have external cameras.

If items are accidentally left behind at the house, it is the responsibility of the guest to drive back and pick them up on a day and time that is approved by the host (when another guest has not booked). If our cleaner needs to be involved with pick-up, an additional fee will be assessed for her time.
Please clean your dishes and empty the dishwasher before departure. Please turn the inside lights off, fireplace off, and lock the home upon departure.
