Moderne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg. Wohnung sehr ruhig. Es gibt Rollläden zum Verdunkeln. Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr nett.

Ferienwohnung in Merville

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, die in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus liegt. Es waren nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bäcker, Schlachter, Restaurants und zum Strand. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die gesamte Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein separater Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

Appartement confortable dans un quartier agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement. Les lits sont confortables, la décoration est pensée et le quartier très agréable. Deux petits bémols : le lave vaisselle en panne et une odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain et le dressing.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war immer schnell und reibungslos. Ende August / Anfang September war die Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Und man kann mit dem Auto viele Ziele in der Umgebung schnell und einfach erreichen. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Reiseziel und die Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön! Sie befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Hinauf gelangt man auch problemlos mit einem Fahrstuhl. Das ganze Gebäude scheint noch recht neu zu sein. Unser Auto stand auf einem zugehörigen Stellplatz direkt neben dem Haus. In der Nachbarschaft war es sehr ruhig. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Bouleplatz. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker und zu einem Supermarkt ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine tolle Kiteschule sowie ein entsprechender Strandabschnitt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratze des Bettes sowie des Schlafsofas sind hervorragend. Wer es nachts dunkel mag, kann sich über die Rollläden freuen. Es gibt eine Senseo-Kaffeemaschine. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief außerordentlich gut! Sie ist sehr, sehr freundlich! Sollten wir nochmals in der Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
