My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect and had anything and everything that we needed. The location was perfect for quick access to Dolly Sods trails and the local market (which has great food and ice cream).
We enjoyed staying at this property on Timberline Mountain. The property was clean and there were lots of small, but important, additions that made our stay easy and comfortable (e.g., the hosts provided coffee filters, k-cups, etc). We visited during Fall and enjoyed hiking in the nearby Dolly Sods Wilderness area. We were unable to find the access point to Dolly Sods on the Timberline property but we were able to drive to several nearby trail heads.
Our family had a great time at this condo. So close and convenient! Timberline is a great resort with awesome snowmaking and friendly staff. The condo had everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable and Ryan was super helpful.
Only problem was that from the online listing we didn’t know that it was a 3rd floor walk up. My wife has a bad knee so we would not have booked it if we had known.
This is the second year we have stayed on the same property. The Condos are right on the slopes and the timberline mountain. Since we occupied the condominium during the off season the surrounding was incredibly quiet. The Deers look through the window, when the come early evening to eat the grass. Everything inside was clean, functioning and equipped with a lot of modern technology, such as TVs in every room, games, exceptionally good Internet reception remote controlled ceiling fan, hot tub, comfortable chairs, etc. like a Paradise with Birds and Deers outside the house.
The condo was situated close to the wide variety of photo locations we were interested in visiting. There were only 2 of us and there was plenty of room. We loved that there was a full complement of spices and utensils. We did a mixture of cooking in and eating out. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were quiet.
One of the best and economical ways to enjoy Timberline Mountain!
The condo was exactly as advertised, very quaint clean and inviting. Check in and check out for easy we did need to carry our trash out and take it to a dumpster which was which is provided, there were even places to secure skis, where you didn't have to carry them up to the condo. Ryan was very attentive and wonderful to deal with. We will definitely go back!

Code that we were given didn’t work
Left several messages on property owner phone, was on phone with vrbo for over hour trying to get some answers, vrbo also tried getting hold of owner with no response. Finally almost two hours later owner finally called had to give us three different codes before we could enter unit. No sure who was at fault. Owner said that vrbo was to change codes.
It was a perfect stay for the Moonlight Marathon event... quiet and convenient to the Falls. Check in and check out was a breeze. The condo did get rather toasty in the August heat, but that's my bad for not realizing there was no AC in this unit. Opened windows and fans on full blast at night helped, but the daytime was pretty rough.
Condo was clean and comfy otherwise.
I didn’t realize this condo was on a ski resort but that honestly made it a pretty cool experience. It wasn’t far from downtown Davis, there was a place to grab groceries less than 15min away and they left out free kcups and there are a lot of cookware, seasonings and the jets in the bathtub were very relaxing.
I will say our only issues were the sizes of the beds, the cooling systems weren’t too strong and the propane in the grill was impossible to open. To the owners defense though, the beds are probably meant for 1 person (not couple of adult men lol), it’s a ski resort so it’s meant for the winter and there was a powerful fan in one of the bedrooms left by the owner, and I could’ve asked for help with the propane but I get anxious messaging someone who owns the house I’m staying in.
Don’t let this scare you away from this place, we had an amazing time and I highly recommend it. The owner of the condo was very kind whenever I interacted with them.
