Emplacement ideal

Location sympa. Mais quelques points a ameliorer notamment la propreté des placards de la cuisine et le frigo , surtout la partie congélateur qui serait a nettoyer, ou a changer au vu de l etat des joints. La personne qui nous a accueillie sur place était tres sympathique.

Bien pour un court séjour

Les + : l'emplacement, la surface, la baignoire, la propreté des lieux Les - : le linge de lit de mauvaise qualité (trot de lavage donc très rêche et désagréable, couette enfant trop petites) , le manque de vaisselles et grille pain. Dommage car avec cela le sejour passerait de correct à excellent

Pas d accueil, attente sur le trottoir avec le bebe dans l obscurite, appartement non chauffé à notre arrivée, il a fallu appeler pour mettre le chauffage en route, radiateur chambre enfant en panne, pièce inutilisable. Sols non nettoyés. Tres sales. Literie de mauvaise qualité avec alese en plastique, lit bebe équipé d un matelas trop fin, fauteuils du salon inconfortables. Nous avons failli repartir dès le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Lovely spot

Great location if you’re visiting with a car. A free parking lot is close by and a little Main Street with shops is a short walk. The house is cozy and charming with a large first floor and kitchen. There isn’t a door or curtain on the shirt so that room gets wet, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Urige Unterkunft mit Potenzial

Grundsätzlich haben wir eine gemütliche kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Durch eine motivierte und engagierte Verwalterin vor Ort wäre mehr drin gewesen. Es wird versucht, die Wohnung in einem sauberen und guten Zustand zu übergeben. Leider mangelt es hier und da an den letzten Konsequenz. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin lief schleppend. Erst nach der Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits, bekamen wir, bereits unterwegs auf der Anreise, eine Rückmeldung. Wir sollten uns 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden, was wir auch taten. (brauchten dann, aufgrund des Verkehrs noch ca. 60 Min) Allerdings mußten wir vor Ort dann nochmal ca. 20 Minuten warten, bis wir nach 10 Stunden Fahrt endlich in die Wohnung konnten. (Allerdings muß man auch sagen, dass die Vermieterin sehr bemüht ist und auch sofort auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Es wird auch in Frankreich wohl immer schwerer, gutes Personal zu finden :-( ) Zum WLAN muß man sagen, dass es tatsächlich nur sporadisch funktioniert (vielleicht10% der Zeit), was mit der schwachen Infrastruktur auf der Straße erklärt wurde) Einen erneuten Verbleib können wir uns so nicht vorstellen.

Inconvénients dans cette location

Maison faite pour 1 couple et 1 enfant mais pas pour 3 adultes. Pour la chambre 1 personne, pas de lampe de chevet et pas de meuble pour ranger ces affaires. La courette n'était pas nettoyée et nous rentrons tous les feuilles et saletés dans la maison. Au niveau du mobilier de jardin, la table etait si sale qu'il était impossible de manger dehors. Pas de lave-vaisselle (je le savais) mais évier à un seul bac (difficile de rincer la vaisselle faite à la main) et pas d'égouttoir à vaisselle. Le congélateur est si givré qu'il est très difficile d'ouvrir les tiroirs.

It was ok.

It was ok for us. The central location is really nice. Bakery and all needed things you can get within a 5-min-walk. The old town is really nice! We really enjoyed Saint Malo! Kitchen stuffed with only the really needed things. And only one towel for each for one week and no towels for toilette and kitchen is too less. The climate in the ground floor is not really good. The furniture and decoration was done with love and it‘s aesthetic !

Ne restez pas ici si vous venez des États-Unis

C'est la première fois que nous séjournons dans un arrangement de type Airbnb en dehors des États-Unis. Je ne sais donc pas si c'est courant en France ou s'il s'agit simplement de cet hôte/lieu en particulier. En un mot, nous avons été très choqués et avons eu une mauvaise expérience. Il n'y avait pas de soupe pour les mains, de gel douche, de shampoing et d'après-shampoing. La chose très basique que vous attendez d'être fournie. La soupe de plat était presque toute partie. Il y avait une machine à laver les vêtements mais il n'y avait pas de détergent à lessive. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi soir et au moment où nous avons réalisé qu'il nous manquait les produits de base comme la soupe pour les mains et le gel douche, les magasins étaient déjà fermés. Et les épiceries sont fermées le dimanche. Nous avons communiqué cela à l'hôte et lui avons demandé d'envoyer l'essentiel, mais l'hôte a déclaré qu'il n'était pas en mesure de le faire car le lendemain était dimanche. Et ils ne fournissent PAS de shampoing et de revitalisant. Après notre départ, j'ai réalisé que j'avais laissé une chemise dans la salle de bain. L'hôte a d'abord dit qu'ils vérifieraient pour moi mais je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles d'elle. Compte tenu de mon expérience avec elle, j'ai renoncé à communiquer avec elle car je savais que ce serait une autre perte de temps totale.

Just Right!!!

It was clean and most importantly for us, quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, The bed and pillows comfortable and the shower was hot. It had lovely old world charm, a small garden to sit in and the shutters on the windows worked well. We liked being close to, but not in the Old city. The bus system was easy after a little research. There is a little supermarket and beach in walking distance. We thoroughly recommend this little home to anyone. Regards

Propreté à revoir

Maisonnette située près d'une avenue passante, nous avons toujours trouvé de quoi nous stationner malgré les remarques de certains commentaires. Concernant la maison, le poêle permet de bien la chauffer, il faut cependant penser à nettoyer le foyer si vous avez un message d'erreur... Le gros point noir de ce séjour, pour ma part, a été le ménage. Nous sommes arrivée dans une maison nettoyée à la va vite. Deux serviettes alors que nous étions trois, linge de lit avec odeur de tabac froid. La conciergerie nous a rapporter des serviettes supplémentaire que nous avons dû relaver car il y avait encore des odeurs de tabac. Pas de sac poubelle à notre arrivée non plus. Quand vous voyez les frais de ménage de la conciergerie à 60€ pour avoir ce type de prestation, c'est clairement de l'abus. Nous avons nettoyer la maison avant notre départ, par respect pour les prochains locataires, uniquement. Je remercie la propriétaire, Sabrina, pour nos différents échanges durant le séjour.

Bonne adresse

Emplacement au calme, à proximité des commerces. Parking gratuit également à proximité. On a utilisé les deux chambres : la principale est de grande taille, la deuxième est beaucoup plus petite et basse de plafond. La salle de bain est de bonnes proportions. La mise en route du chauffage était plus aléatoire.

Bretonische Unterkunft

Das Haus lag sehr zentral, hatte einen kleinen Vorgarten, in dem man frühstücken oder abends Wein trinken konnte. Parkplätze sind reichlich in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Und vielen Dank für den leckeren Cidre
