Beautiful, clean and Peaceful surrounded by parks
There is a room to rent in a three level floor beautiful townhome . The bedrooms are on the third floor with a full bathroom shared. The living room is really nice and spacious. The kitchen also is big with room for table and chairs. There is a parking available. I love this neighborhood because is so quiet. It feels like country place but at the same time I have the best stores (Walmart, Sam's Club, Ross, Target, Kohls...); restaurants such as (Ihop, Olive garden, Mexican grill, TGI Friday, Red Lobster....); theater, bowling, the mall and much more .... 3 to 7 mn from the house.

The benefits that one can have when staying at my property is that not only that 25 minutes to downtown Washington DC. The location is perfect because you can have almost every restaurant 3 mn to 7 mn away from the house such as Ihop, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Mexican grill, Outbacks , Red hot and bleu, Mission BBQ, Pasta Plus, MAngo grill, TGI Friday and so much more. Coffee shops. Most of the stores you can think of. Parks around, Movie Theater...
