Welcome to Nauti Dreamz! We are excited to share our 4-bedroom 2-bath 2nd row beach house with you, your family and friends! We have been vacationing at OKI for years and we want to share some simple comforts with everyone who stays here. It’s just a 1 minute walk to the beach and the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Oak Island! Three of the beach-themed bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. The last bedroom is the perfect kids’ room with a pirate ship bed with trundle and a set of bunk beds. As a special bonus, bed linens and bath towels are provided. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms. YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and over the air channel’s (live TV) are included. One of the two full bathrooms features a shower/tub combo and the other has a shower. There is also a large hot and cold outdoor shower. You can pack light by using the full washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals with family and friends, as well as a Keurig machine to get your day started. Enjoy meals, puzzles and games on the two large porches with ocean views. The 40th street inlet park, splash pad and Middleton park are just a short walk away. We have everything you will need to just relax and enjoy your vacation, including a gas grill.

With just a short walk or bike ride, you can be at Middleton Park, the splash pad, Publix, Dollar General, Pepperoni Grill, Kai-Joes Tacos, Pauls, OKI Scoop Shop & Donuts, and OKI Deli & Pub and so much more. We are very conveniently located to almost everything.

Another great stay!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented this property. The location is great with a short walk to beach access and the park. It has a great deck with partial shade and partial sun to hang out on, have meals or lay out. Owners are great with communication and house is clean. We would recommend this property and stay here again for our next family beach getaway.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Family Beach weekend

Beach getaway!

This was our third time staying at this lovely beach house! We are a group of five, myself, my husband and adult children. The house is clean and well stocked. The location is steps from the beach. The Pepperoni Grill nearby was a family favorite. We also explored Southport’s shops and restaurants. Our host, Ashley, is a joy to deal with. We will be back!

Oak Island is the Best Island!

We loved visiting Nauti Dreamz with our son, his wife and our grandchildren. The weather was a little too cold to enjoy the beach as much as we'd have liked, but the cottage was so warm and cozy that we didnt mind the weather at all. Cant wait to go back.

Amazing weekend!

We stayed at Nauti Dreams for the Pledge the Pink 30 mile walk and I must say the location could not have been more perfect. It was one block from Middleton Park and mere steps from the ocean! The house had enough space for 5 adult women and all of their overpacking. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfy. Truly a wonderful weekend and we fell in love with Oak Island!

Perfect Family get away

Great family vacation

Location is everything- such an easy walk to the beach which means a lot with 4 and 6 year olds. Kids loved the children’s room and the outside shower was very helpful. Wonderfully responsive hosts when a few hiccups occurred (out of their control).

Annual Family Trip

We love the area. The owner was very responsive. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The outdoor space and parking was plentiful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The updated washer and dryer was a high quality perk. The beach access was close. The accommodations were very much worth the price.

Great family destination!

This is the perfect place for a family vacation! The house has close access to the beach and is located close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants as well. The house is clean as a whistle and the kitchen is stocked nicely. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and easy to reach. We would definitely return here for a repeat visit!

Relaxing, Fun and Pet Friendly

This was the perfect house for our family and pet. It is in a great location with the beach and park/tennis courts only a short walk away. The outdoor area downstairs has string lights and the deck is perfect to lay out, sit and relax and eat meals. The beds were also very comfortable. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

My Husband and I stayed here with our little dog and we were very comfortable. The TV's were Roku so we had plenty of TV to watch in our downtime. The nicest thing for us was that it was so close to Publix and a few restaurants. Getting to the beach was super easy. We were only there a few days so we didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well supplied. Every VBRO is so different in what they supply which is very frustrating because some have nothing and others have everything such as TP, Shampoo and soap. We did have to buy toilet paper :( Ashley was very responsive to our needs.

Oak Island vacation

The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for the 5 adults that were staying. The location is convenient to the beach and other amenities (groceries, souvenirs, restaurants) This is our second visit to this house and we’ll be back!
