THIS IS YOUR NASH-VEGAS EXPERIENCE - BRAND NEW CONDO

A NASHVEGAS Townhome w/ Panoramic Downtown Views. Come enjoy, kick your shoes off, and see what all the hype is about. Suitable for friends and families. A short 6 minute drive to downtown and a perfect getaway in a beautiful city. The townhome is located 2 minutes off the interstate and all eateries/bars/stores are about a mile away from the property.

This 2 bedroom townhome sleeps 6 with an additional (Queen) sleeper sofa upstairs. All renters will get full access to the townhome with 2 patio/balconies facing Downtown Nashville. The unit is nicely interiorly decorated featuring a mix of a colorfully warm decor along with a lovely dedication to our NFL TN Titans and Nashville Predators Hockey Team in the foyer. There is a QUEEN bed in the master, FULL double bunk beds in the second room(sleeps 4 max), and a comfortable modern sofa in the upstairs living quarters that converts to a sofa bed(QUEEN) for additional guests.

The Townhome has 1 full bath downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs. The full bath is equipped with his(her) and her(his) sinks and complimentary bathroom essentials are provided for guests that may have forgotten toiletries. There is a 70 inch TV in the living room to entertain guests and 4k high speed internet is available at your leisure. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped for all meals along with a Keurig for Coffee Lovers. Lastly, a "first come, first serve" open flat parking lot is available(where all owners and renters park) and street parking is available as well.

Ladies Nashville Weekend

The house was wonderful. We couldn’t find hand soap and extra toilet paper when we arrived, but had very quick response and delivery of these products form the home owner. Location is very close to getting anywhere around Nashville, yourself or with Uber. The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe so we weren’t able to go for walks, which was a bummer. Otherwise we had ample space and amenities to satisfy 4 moms for a long weekend!

Cute condo

Condo was cute. Could have used a little bit more cleaning. I would suggest adding curtains in the bunk room. The people sleeping there found it hard as there were lights from the parking lot shining in. Overall good.

Girls Trip

The check-in process was quick and simple. Was nice and clean and just a shirt Uber ride away from Broadway. We had one little issue with the parking lot and in no way of fault of the owners but the property manager was quick to try and help us! Would definitely recommend.

Hmmmmm?

Town home was beyond beautiful. Not the greatest section of town and you have no idea until you get there. The parking during the week is fine. It is HORRIBLE on the weekends. I drove around for atleast 30 mins and parked my car in a place I was not comfortable with. I called the owner he only texted back and said...and I quote "its a neighborhood." There is plenty of parking and I never heard back from him via text or anything and I called several times. Its an up and coming nrighborhood for sure but its going to take some time before that happens. Be careful.

Spring Trip with family

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the proximity to downtown. We were all comfortable and had room to spread out. We found the kitchen had enough pots and pans to cook and enough storage containers!

Very nice rental

Very clean and new/modern unit. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need for an extended stay. Located very close to downtown and the airport...with the exception of busy times, Uber rides were cheap/affordable. Had instacart deliveries made with no issue. Responsive and helpful property manager. Friendly cleaning staffed stopped by for some extra things I requested. Only thing that wasn't perfect was some noise from the highway, but nothing extremely disruptive.

This home is a perfect location if you will be downtown a lot. There are grocery stores, restaurants and everything you will need within a few miles

Lovely place

Was a very nice place. It worked perfectly for us. I would say that you cannot walk anywhere. Car service is needed to go everywhere but most places are a short drive.

Great Location

This was a very nice, very clean little townhouse just a short drive from downtown. Our family of five really enjoyed staying here. Loved the starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, etc, especially since our flight was changed and we arrived in the middle of the night! We had one problem with a drain that was resolved the same afternoon. Great communication and service. Would definitely stay here again!

NashVegas Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay for a girls trip weekend. The place was very clean, modern, and cozy. Sauce checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly/accommodating. There was parking onsite and only a short ride (less than 10 minutes) to get downtown.

Bachelor party

This was a great spot to get to/from downtown Nashville. Group of guys for a bachelor party had plenty of space, clean everything and al the extras. Would highly recommend.

Listing said 5 beds, only 3 with a sofa bed

Reason we picked this place was because the listing said 5 beds which was perfect for the 5 guys on the trip. Got there and there was 3 real beds and one pullout. Asked the property manager where the 5th bed was and he went on to say that the listing was a complete typo, so he has since changed it. He said he'd give us a refund, but we had no where else to go... figured a discount was in order, but he refused. One guy had to sleep on the floor because of this major typo. Place was clean and only a short ride to downtown with a nice view of the skyline.

Wonderful stay

Rocky was amazing. She answered the phone immediately when I had a question and helped book me an extra night when my car broke down. The place is so nice, plenty of space and amenities, great location. 5-10 minute car ride to all things we wanted to do.
