Yes, end of stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (crockery, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, the chimney cleaning (windows and ashes)

Household linen (sheets and towels) are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own household linen. These services are offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis: - Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows squares (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED ?
We do not accept pets. It may seem rigid, but we have had too many abuses. Thank you for your understanding.

- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10pm and 8am
- The departure time is 10 am maximum
- If the cleaning at the end of the stay is included, it does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), the trash cans to be thrown away and the cleaning of the chimney (glass and ashes) if necessary
- Don't forget your checkbook for the security deposit (not cashed)
